The Mount Bay Waters Apartment Hotel Perth is next to Swan River and Kings Park. The hotel is accessible from the free CAT bus, which travels to the hotel to the CBD to the Rottnest Island Ferries.

A nice location at the edge of the CBD but a bit hard to find when driving.Friendly and helpful hotel personnel.Parking is very secure.I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my family.

Although we only spent 1 night there we found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. I would recommend people to stay there any time. It is not far from the CBD and hospital. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Good - clean and spacious, facilities excellent and very secure. Not so good - bedrooms too far from air con - they are like saunas! Very expensive. Pool area is very snobbish! Out of 10 I'd give it a 7

Our 2 bed apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpfull. The 'Bluecat' free bus stop is just outside the complex and is a good, frequent service, linking with the red & yellow free buses. Would stay there again.

Nice room with minimum level of luxury. Confusing parking facilities at reception. Little signage. Room had window jammed open - but was fixed quickly by maintenance. One room key card was faulty, causing some inconvenience, but staff did their best to minimise problem.

this is the ideal place to stay on long bussiness visits to Perth and very informed and helpful staff.

The apartment was clean, except for a few scuff marks on the walls. The air conditioner worked well, and it had a well-equipped kitchen, including quality appliances (even a dishwasher!) The free Sunday newspaper was a pleasant surprise. I thought it was a little pricey, but would consider staying again in the future.

Some traffic noise when you open the windows. Was great having a free bus service outside the main entrance. Ducks and other bird life across the road were a treat. Restaurant was a little disappointing unless you're into fatty food - just about everything came with chips or was deep fried, or both.

A good moderately priced hotel close to the city and with easy access. The rooms were clean even though the furtniture was a little old. The reception staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.

This was my 6th time staying, but I must say that I was a little disapointed at the apartment this time around. Had requested a low floor apartment as have toddler(got put on 4th floor with small back balcony) ,and found it to not be very child friendly eg; coffee table had sharp edges( living area very small), and TV too easy to get to. Then saying that, the staff were amazing as usual, thats what keeps me going back.

Probably the best apartment hotel in Perth (and we've stayed in several). Very clean and well appointed rooms. The weather was very hot and we were disappointed that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, having to open the windows made it noisy at night. Also disappointing that the restaurant was closed at New Year. The pools are small and became very crowded. Very well located with easy walking access to the city and to bus and train staions. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location but service (front desk) at the apartment block (Waldorf) I stayed in was not up to standard.Rooms were quite large with good facilities.
