The Mount Bachelor Village Resort at Bend was very nice. The location was good, it was not far from Old Mill mall with lots of high-class shopping and restaurant close by. I especially loved walking the trail around hotel property, it has wonderful river view, and really uplift my spirit after a week-long trip. I stayed at the condo unit, the interior furnishing at this property is superb, the only downside is that there are several stain on the carpet and the hotel didn't have continental breakfast as part of the amenities. Overall, I think it's comfortable, safe, friendly place...yeah, compare to regular hotel, it might be a little pricey, but it's definitely worthy. Next time, I will probably stay for few more days to have time to explore Mountain in that area and nice neightborhood of the City of Bend.

I was pretty happy with my stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. I actually left my glasses behind and they were super helpful in contacting me and arranging to get them back to me. The room was extremely clean. Very cozy. The best thing was the athletic center. It was a huge fitness facility that even offered classes. If you add in the beautiful surroundings, you can't beat the deal you get here.

This is a great place to bring a family. Bikes to borrow, trail to the river and a great swimming pool area. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Polite service until they have your credit card number, then they are the rudest people. I was told on the phone I could check in at 2 p.m., but had to wait until 5 p.m. - No explanation or apology. I was told on the phone the room would have a view of the river. Was given a room with no view, again no explanation or apology, just rude and snide speeches from the horrible people at the registration desk. Worst experience of my life. Feel like I was lied to. This is the only negative review I've ever made about any hotel.

The room we had was very clean. Numerous summer activities at the facility and in the immediate area. We were there for a week and would return to Mt Bachelor's in summer or winter.
