Beautiful location with lovely big trees all along the entrance. Good food and service at restaurant. Large room and bathroom area.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation within easy reach of the lake,bars and restaurants.The on site restaurant is also very good.

This was a really nice hotel. Although we did not use the restaurant, all the other facilities were good. It was a little out of town for anyone without a car but would be a lovely walk along the lakeside into the town centre. it would probably take about 15 minutes to walk. The room was spacious, well appointed and had a courtyard area to sit in for breakfast al fresco or an evening drink. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others

Nice room with good outlook. In the middle of extensive building and renovation works so was a bit noisy duringworking hours but OK at nights. Bit far out of town to walk but OK if you have transport.

The hotel was conveniently located along the main street which made finding it easy. The service was good, and the room was excellent.

Lovely hotel with warm, efficient and friendly staff. It is a located away from the town centre, which means that you have to take a healthy walk 2 Kilometre along the lake front to get to town, but the restaurant in the hotel provided one of the best meals in our New Zealand visit. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. It is located close to the Rippon winery, one of the best in NZ - and they give free wine tastings.
