Location. Untrained staff, very noisy from other guests, walls paper thin. Easy to get to location. Staff not trained, check-in very long process. Hotel very noisy because of thin walls, noisy children allowed to run and scream in halls. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a quiet, good nights rest.

The front desk was friendly.The room is small and could have been cleaned much better. The bathroom is very small. This might be okay for 1 person or a couple only interested in getting some sleep. You can't beat the price, but you get what you paid for. We have always stayed in Truth or Consequences, but as a family would never stay here again. I would never stay here as a single parent either.

Friendly, close to Wal-Mart and Denny's. Lots & lots of stink bugs outside, room smelled funny and was locked out of our room before check out time. Would have liked outside access to door. seemed clean enough. Pillows very old and flat.

Just off the Interstate, this relatively new hotel was comfortable and clean. Soundproofing could have been improved, as we could hear the people walking above (and as they were leaving at 4 a.m., this wasn't ideal). Breakfast limited to weak coffee & donuts (that weren't available to sample when we left at 5:30 a.m.)

Leaving. Facility was dirty, smelly, unfriendly staff, bikers & smokers hanging outside the front door talking with hotel staff, uncomfortable bed. I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointing.

Staff. Location to Elephant Butte Lake. Dirty. Except for last year, we have been staying in this motel at least 2 times a year for the past 10 years. We will never stay in it again because it is no longer clean. The towels were like rags, there was rust in the toilet, the shower ledge was dirty, the pillows were flat, the sheets were an abomination, the bedspread dragged on the floor. The staff was friendly but that couldn't make up for the rest of it.
