Hotel is ok if you are looking for inexepensive and don't care about anything else. Located off the highway, but lacks an indicator of where the driveway is( the one that is there is for another business) and the place looks a prison. Solid concrete facade, tiny windows, no grass or plants and the entrance to the lobby is not marked. The room was small clean enough however whatever they wash the linens in leaves an odor that is disturbing, enough that I kept waking up from it.No refrigerator. The location is actually one second from a town called Westbrook, so you have to drive 10 minutes to get to the historic shopping area on the waterfront. The place has no charm at all.

there is no lobby. hotel guests are partiers and young people. room was like a jail cell with 1 small window, bed, small table with one kitchen chair and small dresser. i would never stay there again. the hotel guests were very young girls and truckers hanging out by check in window and in parking lot getting ready to party...some guests were hanging out their windows looking to party....we were nervous walking into check in window--there is no lobby.....

Clean but the room was very cheaply furnished with a table that kept falling over, thin sheets and blanket and the smallest scratchiest bath towels I have seen. I will pay more next time for a better room

Motel 6 was what you would expect an inexpensive motel would be. The staff was friendly and the room was basic and clean. The ony gripe I had was the hall ways stunk of cigarette smoke. Even the non smoking rooms had a smokey oder.

The location is right off the highway and close to places to eat or buy sundries within walking distance. Rooms are basic and clean. There is no pool, fitness center or business center to comment on, hence I had to chosse the neither category.

near shopping center and fairly inexpense

This hotel was very adequate for a quick business trip. The room was clean and efficient. Check in and out were easy. Basically using the room as a place to sleep it was fine and the price was the best I found in the Portland area which helped. There are shopping centers near by to purchase food and bring to the room.

The room and bathrooms were very basic but clean. Room appeared to have new carpet. Lobby looked liked that of an all night covenience store/gas station. Staff was freindly. Free coffee had no taste. Convient to grocery store and Panera.

Room was small and a little dirty.? Rooms could use better upkeep.

The Motel was dirty and run down. The sheets had cig. burn marks on them and the floor was dirty. No amenities were offered. I would never stay there again

The Hotel has no amenities. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone requiring multiple overnight accommodations. no genuine customer satisfaction was observed at this hotel facility.

This hotel was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in! Sure the price was fairly inexpensive... but cleanliness reflected that. I took the elevator to the third floor. That was an experience in itself. It sounded like it was going to drop to the ground floor and I took the stairs during my remainder of my visit. When I got to my room, I had to use all my strength to bust into the room using my shoulder. Sure it was a smoking room but the oder in the room overwhelming to the point that i ended up sleeping at a friends house in portland instead of using the room. I have stayed at many hotels and all the rooms i stay in are smoking- never have i stepped into a room that, quite frankly, stunk! The bathroom was another story. The toilet had stains in it. The shower was disqusting. # of the towels in the bathroom looked as though they had never been washed and appeared to have someones make up on them. In behind the door the floor was dirty and had dust and hair stuck to it. The window was so dirty you couldn't get a clear view outside. Upon leaving the room, the door would not close. I informed the front desk of this and the woman asks- well was the dead bolt locked? Of course it wasn't...then i informed her that when i arrived at the room I had to use my shoulder to get into the room. She says huh, well i'll see if someone can check it out.

Only if you are just sleeping there.

Check in was OK but when I asked for directions to Ferry I was given confusing and misleading directions. Room was small but clean. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Overall, I felt that the price paid was not in keeping with other places I've stayed a saimilar cost.

easy to get to, semi-easy to get to downtown area. if you're low-maintenence just looking for a place to stay, nothing fancy, this place is okay for that.

this motel was very very over priced for the kind of gross room we were given.

Need a place to crash when in Portland Maine? If you are low on cash, pick this place. Nothing fancy at all, but if all you need is a bed, it wasn't uncomfortable.
