On the second day of my stay after returning from breakfast, I found that my entry card would not work. The weather was inclement and I am disabled and I had to walk to the registration office to have it revalidated. I figured that a mistake could happen and wasn't upset, however when it happened on the third day and I had to repeat the process all over again, I was quite upset. The staff didn't even apologize the second time it happened, just put the card through their scanner and said, it will work now. I think they should get their act together and ascertain who is staying more than one day and have these cards validated for the length of the stay. The Cornicopia restaurant nearby was great with good food, great service and wonderful staff.

Very noisy at 8 pm on Saturday. Some yelling, car alarms etc. From 8 pm until 12, heavy stomping sounds came from room above. After midnight was able to get to sleep
