I stayed there last month, no commplaints. This time it was noisy and messy.

Lacked very basic amenities (a hair dryer, extra pillows, tissues!). Cheaper than any hotel in the area by far, but we sacrificed a lot because of it. The clientele was pretty much bikers and people who live at motels. Will not stay at one of these again.

Well the didn't give me the queen sized bed that I asked for when I checked in. They put me in a room with two full size beds. The bathroom tub was not clean at all and the floors in the room were dirty also. The beds were made and clean though and the towels were clean too.

Well, trip my trip was excellent. But the stay in this hotel was the only mistake I did. Well I did not get what i paid for. The staff was not good. I booked Queen size but I got double bed out of which one was in poor condition. I am not going to suggest this Motel.

Asked for non-smoking room, got smoking, couldn't get non-smoker room in the 2 days I was there. Nicotine smell and burn marks. No clicker for cable TV! No Wi-Fi. Cheap rate, get you pay for, just needed a place to sleep, not hang out

The hotel was filthy. We reserved a non smoking room and were not accomodated. We had to leave the window open all weekend because of the smell and it was raining and cold. We checked in Friday evening we had to have them spray down the entire room and fix the screen in the window so we could leave it open and air it out. After our day out on Saturday we arrived back at the hotel and our room hadn't been cleaned. The beds were not made and the bathroom was not cleaned and even though we let them know at checkin that the shower curtain was ripped they didn't bother to change it. The towels were very thin, more like rags, and some were stained.

the hotel was not the type we were familiar with however we were pleasantly surprised with the way the staff assisted us with the change of rooms and local eatery locations during our short stay

You cant beat the price.. everything was wonderful. There are not amenities but we didnt need any would maybe of like a restaurent but there were some close by.

the motel is run down, the parking lot needs paving, the staffing is minimal and they do provide free coffee. The rooms are clean but need refurnishing. The tv is small but the rates are the lowest. Its a good place to stay on the cheap. The motel is situated in area with many other choices for accomodation and some restaurants within a short drive.

the Motel 6 in Syracuse was just what I needed. I was looking for a clean place to spend one night.I had no need for amenities. I found the person on staff to be very friendly and helpful. My room, while not elegant, was clean. I had a cracked ice bucket that was promptly replaced. And the hotel was quiet on a sunday night. I have stayed here before on a saturday and once it was ok and once there was a bit of partying going on, but no one bothered us.

This motel was convenient as far as the location is concerned. The room was not clean. I had to wear flip flops in the shower. The toilet was not cleaned, there were holes in the walls and the air conditioning did not work well at all. The exterior of the motel looks fantastic, but looks are deceiving. Overall, I only needed to have a place to lay my head and get a shower. I layed my head on MY pillow on MY sleeping bag on top of their bed. It worked for me.

the room was very basic, no coffee maker, no iron, beds were not very comfortable. Staff at check in and check out seemed new and it too quite a while.

The hotel personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. On the Saturday night, a bunch of high school grads rented out several rooms and became very noisy. I called the front desk and she immediately came upstairs and told them that if they didn't go to the rooms and keep the noise down, she would call the police. She called me back within 5 minutes to make sure everything was quiet. I totally enjoyed my stay. One of the few good deals for the money. It is very affordable and clean.

There were no towels in our room, and we were told that there was no way to contact the manager to complain. A couple of hours later, the desk worker sent up her friend with 2 bath towels (no hand towels), which the desk worker had said came from another room. Even when I called the 1-800 # for complaints, I was told that the branch manager had to give discounts or refunds. The fan in the bathroom was loud, and there was the smell of people smoking, and of the stale smell of cigarette smoke in the hall by the non-smoking rooms. The manager was at the desk when we were checking out, even though the desk worker had told us he wouldn't be in until 9AM. He did not apologize at all, which is a horrible business practice and not professional at all. He did, however, give us a full refund.
