We were not pleased with the hotel when we went to use our key card to enter the building and found the lock to be broken. Anybody could enter the building, so we were sure to deadbolt the door when we entered the room. In addition, despite asking for a no smoking room, the hallway had an obvious smell of cigarette smoke and in the room there was an ashtray. The ashtray was upside down and had a no smoking symbol on it, but why the ashtray in the first place? I did not check under the listed amenities for an alarm clock, figuring this was standard, but at this motel there is not one included in the room. I have stayed in numerous budget hotels around the country and this was one of the worst in recent memory. I would not advise staying here. It would be worth the extra money for the next tier hotel in the area.

For a Motel 6 it was very clean and quiet - decent place if you just want a good night's sleep without spending a lot of money.

The hotel had easy check in but the hotel wasn't very nice. I stunk like cigarette smoke and did seem to clean. Tv's were old and outdated.

The staff was a little helpful BUT we called before traveling and they told us they were located 3 miles from the airport. The taxi charged us for 10 miles so that was disappointing. Also they told us there was a shuttle from the airport and back to the airport and there was no shuttle. The taxi ride one way was $25. Very disappointing.

Look. Let's be real. I paid $38 plus tax for my room so I didn't have unrealistic expectations. I merely wanted a clean room, with a comfortable bed, a working TV w/remote, and a clean bathroom with a shower that had decent water pressure. I received all of the above, and the staff was friendly enough. There are tons of food options within 5 minutes and you are in downtown Pittsburgh in 10 minutes. A very respectable deal for the money.

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Being so close to the airport I expected to hear jets all night long, however, I never heard and exterior noise all night. Except, when someone pulled the fire alarm. No fire just an accident I guess. The only problem I had was that the room smelled bad. I just got some fabreeze and it made it bearable. I was going to say something to the front desk the next day until I went by the cleaning staff and I realized the the smell was the disinfectant they were using in the rooms. They all smelled the same. I guess I just didn't like the smell of the disinfectant they are using. Otherwise it was a good stay and I will be back.

Picked the Hotel for location from conference center I where I was attending a Workshop and low cost. Motel 6 was the lowest cost and very well located from the airport and center thereby saving transportation cost too. The rooms were exceptionally well kept. None of the extras as some of the more expensive hotels (hairdryer), shampoos , etc but guiet and nice. The staff was friendly , responsive, and gave directions and helpful advice. More than met my needs and exceptional value.

OK for myself, had to drive a short distance to get some dinner. but overall the location, price, staff and condition were fine for me.

The Motel 6 Pittsburgh Airport, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania is well worth the money to stay there. It gives you all that one would need for a basic hotel, and the staff is very friendly and ready to assist you. While the amenities aren't the newest, everything worked well. Despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear the slightest noise during my stay--and combined with the comefortable bed, I did get a great night's sleep!

The Motel 6 was a great value for the money. Check in was smooth and seamless, staff very helpful. Bed was comfortable enough and air conditioner / heater worked well. Overall a GREAT value for the price. Would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay here again when passing through.

The room was clean, amenities satisfactory at the price point. There was no clock though, a very inexpensive item it would seem' also no continental breakfast at all - only coffee. Left cell charger, was returned by manager promptly at my request and she refused any reimbursement. This certainly left me with a good impression of the way a budget motel should be run.

The Howard Johnson hotel was very nice. The people are very nice and concerned about your stay. The room that I stayed in had alot of room. I really liked the fact that it had a extra sink outside the bathroom that way you don't have to wait til someone come out of the bathroom to wash your hands or face. There was alot of eating area withing driving distance. I would defintly recommand this hotel to my friends and family.

This hotel provided a good, cheap rate. The standards of the chain are average, and so this hotel was average. It was neither horrible nor absolutely amazing. I would stay here again, especially when I only plan to be in town for one night.

Be aware anyone not able/willing to do stairs there is no elevator. Yes its only 2 floors however, I would have chosen the first floor to not be schlepping up and down the stairs. Me, my daughter in-law and an infant. I was asked at check in if I preferred 1st or 2nd floor but was NOT told there was no elevator. I chose 2nd for safety. This is a good deal compared to other places in the area, no frills.
