Orbitz advertised "modem in room" as well as "data port available" - neither of which were available at this motel. As a business traveler, I rely on Internet availability in my room in order to continue working in my room. This was not possible at the Alamogordo Motel 6. Had I known they have no Internet access for guests (as was advertised on Orbitz), I would not have stayed there.

Hotel was clean and nice and have spent time here before; but the problem this time I had is that the staff couldn't understand that I needed my key to be keyed for the four nights and had to have it rekeyed each night. The night staff needed some help as in better people that could do the job. The location is close to eating and you could just walk to them.

The hotel was very clean and economical. The shower is very interesting and different than usual hotel showers. Overall good for low cost!

My stay at Hotel 6 Alamogordo was awesome! My room was clean, the staff was professional and helpful. Plus it had a swimming pool I didn't know about. It was a great value for the price! It was located on the main strip and was easy to find. It was also located next to several food establishments-Golden Corral, Chili's, a chinese restaurant, KFC, etc, all within a 5 minute walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel if you're on a budget, and need a place to pass the night. Another plus--they allow pets!

The room was fine. The Pool is large and clean and we used it alot. My only disappointment with the motel was the towels, very thin and rough.
