Fantastic area and view of the mountains. The rooms are incredible. What you should know is to be prepared to have an additional $100 deposit for your room in addition to booking. It is refundable after a few days and you have to use a credit card only. Also the mini bar is time sensitive if you remove an item more than 10 you will be charged and have to dispute the charge upon check out or before in your room. If you wait until check out you will have to wait for your room to be checked. The staff is very helpful and friendly the service is superb.

Recently, I took a vacation to the Morongo Resort, and I had an amazing time. From the time I walked the through the door, I experienced great service. I loved the affordable dining options at Morongo. I dined at the Cielo and Potrero Canyon Buffet, and the food was delicious. I also enjoyed a winter spa package deal which included a 50 minute massage and manicure for $. It was amazing! What I loved about Morongo was that although it's an Indian resort, I still felt like I was in a Las Vegas resort. It was amazing, and they have many shops, tourist attractions and golf courses located within driving distance of the Morongo! I was impressed! I really did enjoy myself, and I am looking forward to going back soon!

I stayed at Morongo overnight because I had to work early in Palm Springs. I got an excellent rate for the room through the travel website, almost half price of what I heard other people there paid for their rooms. I'm not too into gambling, but they have a huge casino. There are tons of restaurants and room service, a bowling alley, and activities. The rooms are WAY nicer than I expected--pretty big with flat screen TVs, comfy king sized beds, free WiFi. The bathrooms are super clean and everything's new--huge shower, granite tiles, frosted glass... Definitely worth the price I paid, and I would stay here again. There is 24 hour security between the hotel elevator and the casino, so you can feel safe. Free valet parking and free drinks. Easy to find off the 10 freeway. Loved it!

This hotel is nice for a one day getaway for a gambler. The room is nice - but you only get bathtubs if you rent a suite! Services at Spa Sage were nice - a bite pricey and they move you along like an assemby line - not what I am used to with the spas I go to in the Los Angeles area. The pool is nice - too bad it closes at 7pm. Too bad they were also shooting a TV pilot and could not really enjoy all of the pool all of the time. There is no where to go outside the hotel at night to escape the casino noise and enjoy a stroll or a drink in the nice desert air at night. The night clubs where not that busy - had a much bigger review than what they produced. Liked the band Stinger at Mystique, but 360 and Vibe were dead on a Thursday and Friday night. Food at the Buffet was good. Food a Cielo was over-rated - overcooked and had a bug in my cocktail. Had turn down service only one night, asked them to come back for the tun dwn service (as they bring water which is very nice) and they never did. Had to ask twice for the water the next day - and finally got a botle as I checked out of the hotel. Most of the staff is very cordial. Most of the hotel is very cold inside temperature wise - bring a light jacket for indoors. The CD they give you in the room is a nice touch - too bad the CD player to play it on skips. Also, the video check out prococess did not work for us - we still had to go to the front desk to check out.

The room and service was very nice and clean. Staff was very polite except the security not very friendly at all. I'm used to greeting people when I see them, they don't say a word when spoken to. The only thing that we were not pleased with is the Hotel is about 20 miles from Palm Springs airport and the cab ride cost over $70 bucks, seems to me there should be a shuttle to the hotel and the airport. If we had known before hand we would have reserved a rental car. The only shuttle service is to the outlet mall which was very convenient.

the staff was great. I had booked a discounted room with 1 king size bed for the 4 of us, the manager gave us a upgrade to 2 queens. the room was clean and good size, the bathroom was almost 5 star level. great shower. The staff in the casino was excellent! Shopping at the outlet was next door was almost walking distance. The penthouse steak house had excellent food. I will make sure to stay here again this summer because on top of all of this, they have one of the best pools. It was a little cold for my kids at the time of our visit.

Deserving of the AAA 4 diamond rating for the modern rooms and outstanding hotel service, better than the corresponding level in Palm Springs area. OK food. Nicer than usual hotel gym. Very good outlet shopping. The casino was OK, one dealer was rude but the rest were fine.

Get the Vegas feeling without the long drive. Definitely earns 4-star rating with cleanliness, staff friendliness, comfortable beds with down pillows, spa-style bathroom and plasma TV in room. Be aware though of 10/day surcharge for use of facilities (pool, gym etc). WARNING: Mini-bar has automatic sensors and your room will be automatically charged if you remove anything!!! Overall, great hotel and would definitely go back."

We had a great time. The pool was really nice and we got a cabana for 100 so we could enjoy the shade with our baby. Would've liked the food selection to be better for having a cabana. But overall very nice trip. We also enjoyed the casino. Wouldn't go on the weekend. Not worth those prices, but mid week prices are fair.

"T1 internet connection in rooms (fast, fast, FAST!) Innovative designed rooms. Loved the window in the bathroom. Huge showers. Room service was fast and good food too. Want to shop? Near a huge outlet stores area - something like a hundred stores. Employees are very courteous."
