Most of the appliance and outlets didn't work. We called the front desk to have someone come up and look at it, and was told that maintance would be up but no one came. The rooms need major updates.

Due to Orbitz not giving option to add other parties names, my 72yr old mother stood in line to check in only to find out that I had to do it. Then I stood in line for another 20 min. We got 2 room keys. Left room without them and was going to be charged $50 lock out fee... instead I went back to the check in place and just asked for a couple more keys... LESSON TO ALL! Toliet seat was hanging by one joint, parents or I with back problems could have ended up in floor. Noise from Nightclub was non-stop. Trashy area around kind of unsightly from rooms. Nice rooms over all, but not worth what we paid...

I certainly want to write a review for this condo, because quiet frankly I had read reviews from another site about this condo after booking my stay and almost changed my mind, I'm sooo glad I kept my reservations. This was like having a fully furnished apartment at the beach! The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. A large bedroom with 2 queen size beds and yes there were extra pillows and blankets in the walk-in closet without even asking, also a private bath in this bedroom. The kitchen was convienent with full-size refrigerator and ice-maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher. A nice breakfast bar with stools, but also a full size dining table and chairs. The dishes and silverware were nice enough to eat with, I've had experience with other places that you didn't dare. There were also all the things you didn't think to pack, a corkscrew,a coffeemaker, a blender, a whistle teapot, a sharp knife to slice with, and papertowels and dishwasher detergent were provided. The living area had 2 sleeper sofas, tv, vcr, stereo system. The balcony was our favorite perch early in the morning and late at night, another nice table and plenty of chairs for all. The way the balconies are designed you have a full view but don't have to worry about anyone sitting right beside you, it was very private and nice. There was another full size bathroom with washer/dryer available. We didn't see a lot of the staff, and one day we did have to chase a housekeeper down to get clean towels. A friendly security gaurd walking the grounds at night was a plus. The only negative was a club next door, bikini contest and such, the noise at night was not heard in bedroom at all. Family oriented, great experience.

This was a great location and when we got there the rooms were very clean, the only thing i think they could improve on is cleaning a little while we were not there but then again it was spring break so im not complaining. We had a great time and the view was awesome. The people were nice too.

This was my family's first visit to the area and we were all diasppointed. The condo was NOT at all what we expected. I was extrememly disappointed in the cleanliness and overall condition of the unit. There was mold on the shower curtain, silly string on the headboard and wall in the bedroom, (which clearly indicates no thorough cleaning was done between customers), the balcony rail was bent AND broken, (not good on a 2nd floor unit or particularly for a family with small children); I could continue with complaints, but it becomes ridiculous. The location directly on the beach was a plus, however being on a FAMILY vacation rather than a co-ed on spring break, I think that the managment would benefit by disclosing that there is a club next door, (who advertises TROJANS facing the beach side.) I certainly would not reccommend this place to anyone other than a co-ed out to party. (they couldn't leave the place in worse shape than we found it!!)
