The person at the front desk had to finish her personal call first..I heard everything before she would help me.. Then the room was a mess. hair still on the bathroom floor. Then on top of that IF there was a fire we could not get out the door right buy our room! But had to go a long way to a fire door. We were on the 3rd floor. Have stayed at alot of hotels in Orlando.. This I consider the most dangerous..Contacted the Fire Marshall about the locked doorway to the stairs. Scary... Would not Stay here again no matter what..

this was a bad smelling place, staff did not follow thru on requests, hard to find entrance, pool bar was not open and really needs to be torn down, never found hot tub nor laundry servces, they claim to have transport to sea world and disney but only leave 1 time a day there is a trolley right in front of hotel - liked the area around hotel plenty to do in walking distance but did not like the hotel

Me and my boyfriend were planning a trip to orlando for our anniversary. My job was to find a hotel which i didnt think would be too hard when i started looking and reading all of the reviews it got even harder alot of reviews said this hotel was messed up the drains were clogged and the doors were fallin of the hinges the elevators took too long. Well i didnt experience any of those things from reaching the hotel i was impressed i expected it to be a lil run down on the outside but it was very niice. The lobby was big and spacious and the front desk people were very helpful and corteouis. Our room was big and well organized the computer in our room suprised us. The bathroom was spotless and the only negative was that as soon as you opened the bathroom door the toilet was right there so it was kinda tight bt no biggie. We forgot somethings and front desk had housekeeping deliver them very fast. This hotel was absolutely amazing right on i-drive so many stores and restaurants to chek out the shuttles-everybody said dont relay on the shuttles but they were the best we went to sea world and universal and the shuttles were always on time! our vacation was perfect couldnt have been better!!! we loved this hotel and would def stay here again!!!

We reserved the room in order to spend the weekend at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures. The room was nice but a bit small, not too much space to move around in it. The coffee maker is ridiculously small, you can only make half a cup at a time.

It was a enjoyable visit. I would recommemd it to family, friends and associates. the room was clean and well ventalated. I was pleased with the service. The location was close to area attractions and restuarants.

Wow what a great hotel the staff were good the hotel was always clean and tidy i cant knock this hotel for anything we really enjoyed it even the Black angus next door was great defo booking this one for next year .

My fiance and I stayed there 3 nights and when we first walked in the room smelled really bad like old dirty water. The hotel staff said that they didn't have anymore rooms avaiable however, they would send up a can of air freshener. The area is great though!!

I booked the hotel based on recent reviews on online travel website , and was not disappointed. The room was clean, the air conditioner was very cold and comfortable. The hot water was out one day but was fixed quickly and the staff was responsive. My wakeup call at 3 am for a 6 am flight was prompt. There were an abundance of good eating places in the neighborhood, and the hotel was in close proximity to the highway that took us to Disney. If you're going to Disney, get a rental car, if you are going to Universal, you're very close. Not much else to say since we spent very little time in the hotel, except we were not disappointed.

When we arrived it was after midnight. We were not asked if we wanted one or two beds and we got two. As a couple, that was a bit frustrating. Then there was a big piece of broken glass right at our hotel door. Come to find out later, it was probably belonging to the missing caraf for the coffee maker. Then when we got into the room, there were bugs crawling on the floor. The A/C unit blew cold, but muggy.

Its on very good location. Not just International Drive but just opposite Wet N Wild and Indoor Hang-gliding venues. The staff was helpful in providing information for different parks. We used the Idrive Trolley to go up/down Internation Drive for shopping- it has a stop right next to the hotel.

The Best Western Movieland was comfortable, I liked the pool area, nice size, plenty of seating outside near the pool. The room was comfortable with plenty of space for hanging clothes. Very neat and clean.

I selected this hotel based on several positive reviews I read on this site. SO, I was surprised and very disappointed at the conditions at this hotel as soon as I entered. The lobby was hot, dreary, and shabby. The carpet was kind of dirty and the furniture was ripped. There was no AC, only fans. The same thing for the hallways-no AC, and hot! I would have loved to CANCEL and leave, but I would have been charged the full price for one night any way. I was told when reserving that I had a King room. There was none available. The room was clean, but the bedspreads looked faded and old. There was a computer in the room for $10 a day. There was very good air conditioning in the room. That's about it. Overall, the place was a little run down and not well kept. I have stayed in rooms in the $* range that were vastly better than this! Even my husband who is never picky about rooms was unhappy.(For example, the Marriot in downtown Orlando is beautiful and I have stayed there more than once for a little over $*). So take the chance while you can and avoid this place. You can do better for the money.

Great deal. Clean friendly staff. Computer in every room. Grat location across from Wet & Wild. Hotel was clean and friendly staff. Housekeeping was great we stayed 5 nights right in the middle of it all.
