We were unable to park at the hotel due to the resort allowing outsiders to park for the fireworks show. When we presented our issue to the front desk, their response was that there was nothing they could do.They do not offer valet. We were told to "find parking elsewhere" The resort is on a hill side location. Making a walk to park somewhere else difficult. The worst part of this situation was that as we were expressing our frustration. (and we were not alone) the "young and unprofessional" staff at the desk actually laughed at us. Finding it humorous that my husband was getting angry. The second area of concern was that when we returned to our room on the second day of our stay, we found the room had not been cleaned. When we called to inquire about it we were told that there was some confusion and housekeeping had gone home. again, there was nothing they could do. we asked for clean towels to be sent up since the ones previously used had been on the floor. Nearly an hour later, after we had showered and dried off with hand towels. The requested towels were delivered. I was expecting a first class experience and I would have been much happier at a lower rated facility. We frequently stay in this area during the summer with large groups of people to go boating. I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very relaxing. Entertaining atmosphere. I did not expect such a beautiful room and facilities for a 2 star rated resort. I feel it was at least a 4 star resort. The village was very romantic and relaxing. This is a perfect get-away spot for us to forget the business and just relax and enjoy time alone.

I just returned from Monte Carlo and was very happy with the overall stay. We like to party but the hotel was nice to return to, action but not too loud & crazy. We were always able to find a spot at a table for gambling. Food was very good in comparison to a recent stay at Rio. Also, I thought the hotel was very clean. Great spa! Would have liked a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Location is good but still some walking distance to the center of strip but will be right next door to the new City Centre. Be sure to request room facing away from construction. (it wasn't too loud in the morning but certainly noticeable)

very quiet, almost too quiet. I was surprised to not find more people walking around, but it is just want I needed. I like the fact that having a full kitchen in our 1 bedroom suite we able to buy snacks and spend more time in relaxing. The boat rentals were a great way to spend time viewing the lake. we will definetly come back.

Beautiful place, great location. We loved everything! This resort has everything you need and if you would like to venture out of the village to go to the strip or Hoover Dam or shopping, it's location is very convenient. We had an incredible time and the views of the lake and the mountains were outstanding.

THis is a resort hotel center. The check-in is a mile from the unit where we stayed. We drove to the unit and carried bags to the elevator. May be OK if you are not tired. Dining facilities were a distant walk. We used room service.

You would never know that you are in Las Vegas, staying at the lake is a great getaway from the crowded strip. We had a studio in the new building with a patio overlooking the pool it was beautiful, it was furnished perfect and had a small kitchen with all the things you would need to cook or have a cocktail party. We walked over the bridge and had a great night in the village going to dinner and then to the irish bar that had a great band.

Beautiful and quiet room and facility. Nice short walk over the bridge to the charming village with adorable boutiques and good restaurants. Only complaint is the maid didn't show up the second day at all... Beds very comfortable, room nice, great frig, adequate kitchen, nice dvd player. Great view of lake. Nice pool and jacuzzi area.

Wonderful accomidations with terrible view from the balcony. Food from local establishments was wonderful. Casino was great - low key and calm.

The room was modern and reasonably priced. The grounds were well-maintained and pretty. The village surrounding the property was lively the weekend we were there, but normally it is very low key. The pool was nice and not overcrowded. During the summer live bands play outside. We were able to see and hear the jazz band. It was great. I will definitely go back.

Lake Resort area has a nice view and quiet but the ""condo"" style hotel is not upto PAR, Carpet is filty, No room service, No restaurant in the hotel, No Vendor machines, staffs are very slow and helpless, No shampoo, no conditioner, no soap when we arrived. This hotel is good for big family, and you are plan to cook every dinner, lunch and breakfast there otherwise, get a real hotel like Hyatts or Marriott.

"We stayed a week with 3 kids aged 7-16. Our room was two bedroom with kitchen. Everything about the resort was perfect. The small village. The small lake. The pool and room. Everything. But...The staff was useless. When the internet went out they suggested we call the 800#. (It might still be out.) They made the beds, but little else. They did not vacuum. They restocked the coffee, but all decaf. Etc. All that being said, the resort is an amazing place. Just a few staff members who care and they'd get all the smileys."

Casino was separated from Hotel and it was nice for the family with young kids, which we didn't have to go through casino whenever come and go to room. Lake was nice to enjoy and village was fun to explore.

"What a welcome change from strip hotels. We stayed for the weekend to have a break from the strip and didn't want to leave. Definitely worth the drive. Loved pool open 24 hours (while strip pools closed at 7). Staff excellent, units beautiful and well equipped. What a pleasure. The Village was almost like being in Italy. We're looking forward to returning in a few months."

We were there for the John Legend concert and had a fabulous romantic weekend. The room was immaculate! No room service in the hotel though...kind of a bummer when we felt like going to our room for a light supper..Got something at the restaurant. The hotel room itself was lovely and so new and clean, decorated nicely and the amenities were wonderful...I loved the martini glasses and shakers, ice maker in your room fridge..plenty of clean towel and pillows! A very nice stay!

"I arrived after midnight and the hotel staff, security were very polite and helpful. The room was very nice, we got a suite w/kitchen. Several Live bands over the weekend played through the village and was a nice addition. This made for a nice time without the STRIP insanity. Want to get away and enjoy some quite time, this is the spot. The Village has a nice small community feel with a nice atmosphere. Only complaint, The Tenuta resturaunt seemed under staffed for a Friday. Slow and unorganized service It may have been ""one of those nights"". You won't be sorry if you stay here. "
