bed bugs exist in this place. On the first night we stayed, one of us woke up at 2am and found an infestation of beg bugs all over the bed and crawling on his body. We took photos and showed it to management who were unhelpful and did not apologize. We were not offered to change rooms or any help. The towels were changed once for the 4 nights we paid for. Our beds were not made for any of the nights we stayed. The milk in the fridge was already a week expired when we arrived, the kettle was broken. We were told we were staying on the top level. to get to our apartment we would have to first take the lift to level 5 and then walk up a flight stairs (which the door to open the stairs was labelled 'fire escape') to reach our room. I definitely would advise against staying at this complex.

Mont Clare apts are extremely well priced considering their location and facilities. We stayed here for a triathlon and the fact that the apts are self contained was fantastic as we could eat in prior to taking part in my race. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kingsize bed we had the first night was better then the sprung queen sized the following nts but no complaints!!

The apartment was well situated in regards to easy accesss to the city with free bus transport service and an easy walk..... good size kitchen, laundry and lounge living area, good size bedroom & walkin wardrobe. Fairly quite area of town with close supermarket and different types of eateries nearby

If you are disabled in any way check that your room is not on the top floor because the lift stops the floor below and you have quite a steep set of steps to negociate before getting to the top floor. We didn't have much luggage so it wasn't much of an issue for us but I saw a lady trying to hall a large suit case up the stairs with much difficulty (she had 3 young girls trying to help her). Otherwise the room was clean and spacious. Couch was uncomfortable but air con worked well.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. One of the bathrooms only contained a bath, no shower which wasn't mentioned in the room description. Gym very ordinary, old equipment.

Apartment had everything. The only negative was the operating hours of reception. On most days reception was closed when I returned after a days work.

Second booking 30/09/2008 was on 6th Floor. No lift from 5th to 6th floor. Had to negotiate a flight of stairs with all our baggage. As we are over 60 years old this was not easy and somewhat disappointing. As we were only there a week before the Hotel would have kbnown our age and given consideration to us staying on a lower floor with lift access. The rest of the hotel facilities were very good.

Spacious apartments with all you could ask for. Was a little east of the city but easy access to the city by the free buses (takes about 10 minutes on bus to railway station). Plenty of nice cafes close by for breakfast or even dinner. Only complaint is thin walls so a little noisy in the morning but not too bad. Would definitely stay there again.

Though it may be a small establishment, the environment and setting of the hotel and room are very cosy and comfortable. Room are well lit, clean and well equipped. It is truly value for money. Location wise is within walking distance to city centre and swan river. There are ample parking lots however, the lots are rather small.

The appartment hotel is super - very spacious and nice rooms and a great location at the quiet end of Perth' main shopping street. However, it was very disappointing to learn on arrival that they had lost our reservation even though we had booked and paid 10 months in advance! We had to wait 5 hours before we were informed that they even had a room for us. Despite this not too warm welcome we would deffinetely stay there again.

Only one complaint is that the noise form the appartment next door. The tv could be heard form the bedroom. If you are an early sleeper ,its no good for you. Otherwise excellent place to stay.

Exceptional quality accommodation in the City area of Perth for a very very reasonable price. Reccommended for siingles to families. I will have no hesitation in booking in again at the Mont Clare.

The Monte Clare would have to be the best place to stay in Perth it would be even better if we could get 1 night bookings for weekends. Fantastic place to stay.

no plugs in kitchen or bathroom. Battery missing from smoke alarm Air cond noisier than usual, have stayed before. Did inform staff but didn't need to fix as only there for two days. Other guests may have been short of plugs and batteries ! Good stay as always. Will be back. Thankyou

the apartment appeared clean but upon opening kitchen cupboards the food remants from the past tennant were still visible and the top of the fridge which is at eye level has never been wiped. Dishwasher had broken roll out tray and the tv remote was held together with sticky tape and cardboard. overall good price and location.

We reported blown light bulbs in the kitchen and in the bedside lamp but they weren't replaced during our stay. It was fairly central. Maybe could use an update but on the whole quite good value.
