Overall my experience at the Mona Lisa Suite was very well. One thing that I wished they would have offered was a bigger selection on the complimentary continental breakfast. I've been to hotels where I payed less per night and received a much bigger selection for the complimentary breakfast. The mona lisa only served danishes, everything else had to come out of pocket. Had the selection of free breakfast been free, I woul've definetely gave this hotel five stars.

Clean roomy comfortable bed. No problems. We were impressed with the cleanliness and nice lay-out of our suite. Every necessity seemed to be there. We were sad to leave.

This hotel was spotless and the staff was amazing. Ryan, Jonathan and Carlos were great. The air conditioning was a bit out of sorts in our first room. They quickly changed us to another room and it was perfect. The kitchen was really nice to have and there is a washer/dryer in the bedroom. Breakfast was excellent at the hotel we ate lunch and dinner in our room. The Spa is off site but they were very gracious and drove us over in an electric car. A nice surprise was the view of the Disney fireworks from our room.

I really enjoyed how big the rooms were. We go to Disney all the time and this time had to stay off of property due to a little less money to spend. We got the 2 bedroom suite and was so surprised how big the room was. It was nice all the way around. Everyone that worked there that we passed always asked us if we were ok and needed anything else. There was always pool towels and they were always going around to cleaning the area. Not to many extras to the hotel so if you have a bigger family or just like the extra room in a hotel this is the place to go especially for the price. We enjoyed it there and would stay again. Beds were super comfortable.

My recent trip to Orlando for business introduced me to a wonderful property, the Mona Lisa Suite Hotel. My stay there was enjoyable, quiet and relaxing when I had time to lounge in the comfortable king size bed in my large one bedroom suite. I had the pleassure of dining at one of the restaurants; my experience was phenomenal, excellent food with excellent service. I plan to return very soon to this charm in Celebration.

The bed was comfortable. The room was pleasantly, if sparely decorated. Televisions worked well. Kitchen equipped with appropriate plates, dishes, coffee cups, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was a bit removed from any entrance.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mona Lisa...I would say everything was perfect. The rooms were extremely clean, like brand new. Quite and very enjoyable. I could not wait to get back to my room to enjoy its wonderful setting!

We stayed comfortably in a 2 room suite. They were clean, nice and new but the bathrooms had virtually no counter space for how large they were. That was just poor planning on the builders part. Balcony room overlooking the pool had a great view. The elevators were the slowest I've ever encountered. I have to warn you though, we had a little problem with theft so watch your stuff. My friend and I both left our books at the pool while we went up to the room. Hers turned up in the kitchen at the hotel??? And mine never turned up. Also I left my tennis shoes in the room, called back the next day when I realized it and they said they couldn't find them. My daughter left something in a different hotel that we had visited 3 days earlier and they are mailing her item back to us at no charge. So just be careful if you choose this place. The reason I will choose not to stay here again honestly isn't the hotel itself, it's just the bad memories of the thefts and there are many gorgeous hotels to choose from in Orlando that care just a little more.

I have always being a fan of the Mona Lisa painting so I decided to try this hotel called the Mona Lisa hotel in Orlando to my surprise it was very beautiful and well located. The hotel is in Celebration which I love because you feel you are still in Disney, I also love the rooms very big and spacious they are very clean and well decorated. I went to the restaurant a couple of time and the food was great, there were some minor details that will need improvement but that is because they are a new hotel that just open but overall is a great place to stay and I would stay again in my next visit and recommend it to anyone who is the Orlando area who wants to be near Disney.

Large suites, very clean and modern, nice staff cant say enough good things. Could use baggage carts at each entrance not just front lobby. I cant say enough good about this hotel. Our suite was two bedrooms, large clean and very stylish. The full kitchen had all you would need. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. We had a family emergency while there and they were very understanding and allowed us to check out later. The price of the suite was a great, I would stay there again and recommend them highly.

Hotel Staff were very helpful and obliging, ryan was excellent & very friendly. Pool could be a little bit warmer but the pool area was still fantastic! The suite was gorgeous and very well kept by their staff. I did not like however that they charged my credit card again for 'incidentals' which would be re-embursed when we were to check out. I liked that it was a non smoking hotel even though myself and my partner smoke,we smoked much less and are now hoping to quit so thank you :)

Wow! This place is amazing. The rooms are so large and modern. We also had a full kitchen. I certainly wasn't cooking but it was nice to keep drinks chilled. The location is great. I don't love Celebration. The roads all look the same and I end up getting lost. But this is just off 192 so you are an easy 10 minute drive to the Disney parks and you can sneak into Celebration if that is your thing. I loved the pool! This place has a very upscale feel. There weren't kids running around everywhere like a typical Disney area hotel. We also had AMAZING meals!! Even the poolside restaurant served gourmet food! Next time we are hoping to eat at the upstairs restaurant for dinner!

Nice rooms , good value ,$12.00 daily resort fee was tacked on,normally free room cleaning was also an extra charge. Would stay again if the price stays the same , but will not pay a resort fee.

Separate rooms, breakfast. Older than others out of this chain. Recommend for average, cost-effective stay for parents with children.

Our room was fantastic and all brand new! The balcony added another great feature to this property. Great location that could not be any better for traveling to the parks or any other place for that matter as it is the first location off I-4 and 192 sw corner. Somewhat ackward to get in and out but even a little lost ride through celebration isn't that bad either. See ya next year.

The hotel was extremely nice, the suites were very spacious. We had a problem with one of the televisions when we got there but within two hours of reporting the problem a new television was installed.
