Shuttle service is meant to end at 7p.m. Don`t think if you arrive at the concierge desk before 7p.m.you are going to get the shuttle because you will be told by the concierge that you are too late and the car has been parked for the day.Elevator broke down,no response when the alarm button was pressed three times, and nobody seemed to concerned apart from my wife who is very claustrophobic

Location. Very nice hotel in a very good area, nearby a big shopping center, supermarket, many restaurants and Metro.

The Movenpick Prague is a fabulous hotel located near to the city center. The breakfast buffet is to die for and the staff friendly. There was great AC in summer and even a spa/workout room. Another little perk is to take the tram to the upper part of the hotel for a great view of the city. The old town square is just a short subway ride / taxi ride away. Highly recommended!!

Nothing. Rooms, service. Took 3 attempts to get a non-smoking room. No in-room safe. Plastic curtains.Expensive internet access.

The room we were put in was extremely clean, fairly new and relatively beautiful. It was extremely professional and offers all the amenities one would expect from a four star business hotel.

Cheap. They declined breakfast, even if all their normal rates do include breakfast.

They gave me a bigger room since after I requested for a baby crib. Too crowded. I was hesitated to stay at the Hotel after seeing reviews from Trip adviser. Some commented that Hotel staff are not so helpful. The hotel staff is not that helpful but some were really helpful.

Clean and spacious rooms (relatively speaking). Be prepared to take Metro to the city center. We were looking for a hotel that was affordable, relatively spacious, quiet, and could offer a nonsmoking room in Prague. Given our budget and desire to have a "nice" room, we knew we couldn't stay in the center of Prague. This hotel is a 6-minute walk to metro, and a 10-minute metro ride to most places. We didn't find people in Prague to be overly helpful, but the multilingual staff here was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Able to get it at last minute. Paid same price for both rooms but one was MUCH larger than the other. Decent hotel. Difficult to talk to staff in English. Not wonderful but not bad either.

The TV speakers fed into the bathroom which was nice. The toilet in the bathroom stunk, although the bathroom was relatively clean. The location is near a busy highway exit. The hotel is located near a nice shopping center and has relatively easy access to the subway and tram systems. However it is far from the city center. The hotel is clean but lacking character. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious for a European hotel, but simplistic in decoration. To access the hotel walking from the subway and/or shopping area, you either have to walk under an overpass (dimly lit) through a small parking lot or walk up and around on a sidewalk to get to the entrance of the hotel. The Mövenpick is fine for business travelers but really lacks personality.

It was close to a mall, movie theatres, and metro. Very impersonal. Rooms did not feel homey. Staff unfriendly at reception. Breakfast not included. The Movenpick hotel in Prague is adequate, but does not offer good value for the money. It was clean and the room was large, but it lacked any character or coziness. The staff at reception was uniformly unfriendly. Never even smiled. Other staff (cleaning staff, gift shop) seemed warmer. This might be because it seems to be more concerned about bus groups and business conventions than individual customers. Even though it was rated four stars, it really just offered the basics. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is very accessible to all the sights of Prague (three metro stops away), it also offered a view of how the "real" city. There is a mall with a movie theatre and grocery store a block away.

Nice room and facilities. Some staff not overly helpful. It is a modern hotel with good rooms and facilities. Would recommend it. Slightly away from the city but can get to the city center in 10 15 minutes by tram. Good value for money.

The cable car. Weird security and inconvenient location to attractions. The hotel is not well-located, but is a very nice getaway. The cable car is fun for the first day, but the novelty quickly wears off as you have to wait for it both ways daily. The hotel is clean, safe, and nice.

Very nice room which was clean and well appointed. Found that the staff was not as friendly as I would have liked. Good hotel, reasonably convenient to the center of Prague. The hotel is close to shopping and a number of restaurants.

Nice large clean hotel. Check in clerk had an attitude (negative impact). Overall a good hotel but the service help was not the best.

Stayed on upper level (executive) and the funicular was fun. Great restaurant on top level, and Internet and computer access was free! Had to take public transportation into town, but it was smooth and fine. Good 4 star hotel in emerging section of Prague. lower section good for tour groups and families, and upper executive rooms are very nice!

This hotel catered to the tourist in Prague. There were hotel taxis available at any time. The hotel was a little further from the tourist parts of town and from the subway than I thought. The hotel is a large hotel that caters to tourists. Our room was very comfortable, but was on a lower floor that made noise from the bar noticeable at night. The hotel would be really hard to find if you're driving. I don't have any complaints - I just would have preferred a smaller hotel closer to the tourist sights.
