Great location. Very loud construction during the day. They need to explain that there is construction during the day hours which is very noisy. Otherwise, fine hotel and great location.

When the check-in agent found out that my luggage was lost on my incoming flight he helped me out with offering a shirt to get through the day.

Right next to the airport and very comfortable. $17 for a pint of Guinness at the bar! As I was flying out of Geneva Airport first thing in the morning this hotel was perfect as it is 3 minutes from the airport. The rooms were very large and provided everything I required (except free broadband - you have to pay for it). Staff was very helpful.

Good shuttle service, close to airport, nice clean rooms, friendly desk people. There was a broken fan noise we could hear on and off during the night in our room- small TV! TV in my room was small, throw-away TV. Otherwise, good location, good, friendly shuttle service, nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

Check in was pleasant and fast. Room was small but very clean and modern. Great Japanese restaurant downstairs. Didn't stay long enough to find anything negative. Check-in quick and efficient. The maid showed up right on time to take down the wall bed. The room was clean and modern, although a little small. There's a great Japanese restaurant on the lower level with some of the best sushi I have ever tasted. Shuttle bus to the airport every 15 minutes was right on time. It's the Swiss way.

Helpful, friendly staff. Room decor cheap, metal ceiling noisy with AC. Ok hotel for staying at airport, definitely not 4 stars (hotel has a 5 star sign, don't know where they got that). At most a 3 star hotel.

Very friendly staff, very clean and shuttle to and from airport was great. Would have even been better if they had a shuttle to the Main Train Station, but I won't complain. I was praised for this hotel from other members of our traveling party. We all enjoyed it very much as it was clean, the staff was very friendly and the shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. If they could do one thing better, it would be to offer a shuttle that goes to and from the Main Train Station because with a toddler, it got to be a bit much shuttling off of the van and various trains, etc. I would stay at this hotel again.

The view from the room, room service. The hotel is nice, nothing super-exciting but pleasant enough. The superior room was spacious and had a great view over the city and even allowed us to watch the Alpenglowing with the Alps. Beds are very comfortable, room service prompt and friendly.

The room was beautiful. The apathy of the hotel employees. I would stay here again if I didn't have a clear schedule of places I wanted to be. The shuttle was often late and the clerk "forgot" to call my taxi at a pressing time to leave for the train, which I almost missed as a result.

Convenient to public transportation. Waitress ignored & overcharged us. Perfect for business travelers or leisure who don't need to stay in the city center. Free shuttles to and from the airport every 20 minutes, where free (with the tourist card given by the hotel) trains bring you to the city center. Very convenient. clean, modern and efficient.
