The only thing good about this hotel is the location...I got charged for a room that I cancelled, not knowing that I would get charged for cancelling it. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told by the manager that everyone who books a room is told of the 24 hour cancellation policy. I was never told of this policy and the manager flat out said that it was not his problem!!! need a ton of improvement on customer service!

No fitness center, restaurant/lounge, pool, or business center as advertised. Asked the staff if they had valet services (since it was advertised that they do) and they told me that they did not. Overpriced rooms and cheap breakfast. Would never stay here again.

Easy access. Staff wasnot real helpful. I spent two nights here, was ok, good location for business (near shopping & restaurants).

Friendly staff, nice rooms, convenient to airport and stores. No coffee maker in room. First impression was friendly reception, good accommodation, good location especially to airport. Would recommend to fellow travelers.

The manager was way handed. The motel was ok butI received a note from the manger saying theI put a spot on the rug. How more did she do the same thing to. It did under that part of the trip.
