Nice hotel located in the centre of Perth. Liked the atmosphere. Small rooms, but complete. Good for short stay to experience Perth town centre. Breakfast very good.

miss maud is a great boutique hotel,with lots of character.it is close to everything , city malls ,station ,busses,food outlets also the breakfast provided is fabulous.will certaily stay there again.

Just a great hotel Sent my 86 year old mother there by herself and they looked after her very well Nothing was too much trouble and she felt right at home This is the third time she has stayed there and would not think of staying anywhere else

i would definitately stay here again. "An oldy but a goody". Staff were exceptional especially the staff in the restaurant. buffet breaky excellent.

This vintage building is not big on views, but it well renovated and the fittings and plumbing were definitely up to scratch. Nice LCD TVs in the room even. The service was very good and the breakfast was absolutely excellent. The wireless Internet is effective but not always reliable - but the staff fixed it quickly for me. The city location is very good. I'd definitely stay again.
