Very spacious rooms, good shower. Restaurant too expensive & only OK, parking lot in rough shape. Not a bad place to stay. Convenient to mall, many restaurants, and other shops. Skip the hotel restaurant especially for breakfast.

Staff didn't let us know our room was available even though we asked them to. Bar staff friendly, reception staff unhelpful. If you are elderly and with mobility problems it would be difficult to locate your room without help.

Rooms were very spacious, clean, excellent entertainment, kids welcome in lounge, very close to shopping malls, great location. Was very impressed with our stay, friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access to freeway, shopping. Nice to have a balcony off the room.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable the room spacious compared to standard hotel room. Having a balcony or patio for every room inevitable means there will be people outside, at all hours, being loud, and disrupting your sleep. This hotel is right next to the freeway, which isn't so bad - it's kind of like white noise. The pool is not big enough for the capacity of the hotel - it's always crowded. The standard/cheap rooms are more spacious than standard hotel rooms and have pillow top mattresses and plenty of pillows. They are nice, but do not keep sound out from people talking outside.

The beds were very comfortable, parking was sufficient and in an great location. It looks old and the hallways give a bad first impression but the room was spacious, the bathroom was large and the beds were very comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised with the location, facility, cleanliness and helpful staff. The restaurant offered a variety of delights and we will certainly go back with out hesitation! Great Saturday night evening entertainment.

Clean - friendly - great barber shop. Parking lot too small. Overall - this is one of the better motels that I have used - very functional - friendly - felt welcome.

The rooms are extra large, and refurbishments are well done. They require a credit card to cover incidentals, and penalize debit cards. This hotel is located at the junction of Sullivan Road, and I-90 in the Spokane Valley, but is offset from both roads sufficient that noise is not a problem. The hotel is not new, but it has undergone refurbishments with updated fixtures, wallpaper and amenities. There is plenty of parking available.

Met our expectations, close to family we were visiting, and close to shopping. Hotel is clean, rooms were clean and well equipped. Parking was good, able to park close to an entrance.

The staff was friendly. It smelled like smoke everywhere. It was old and outdated. Old, maze-like, smelly and dark.

GREAT location. Needs a complete makeover. This is a out-dated hotel, especially in the wing where my room was located. The Formica counter tops, wall papers, and shower wall tiles can only be found in the 60s or 70s. It is a huge disappointment.

No microwave or fridge,OK for us as we were only there overnight. Very happy with this hotel. Safe area, close to freeway, quiet, comfortable beds and high pressure showers, friendly staff.
