Awesome staff. Great hotel. The view was AMAZING....I needed fragrance free linens and towels and they had them specially washed for me. Wonderful. Thanks!!!!!!! for everything!!!!! It was my birthday and they made me reservations at a local restraunt and when we arrived the restraunt was well aware that it was my birthday and were almost waiting for us. It made me feel really special. Thanks again!!!!! I will stay again.

It's all about the view!!! Breathtaking. Could see from Brooklyn to the Hudson and everything between. The lights of the city at night were unbelievablle. Room was a good size, updated and comfortable. Bathroom was modern. Hot water always available, no matter what time of the morning.

I'd stay there again, the room was great and so was the view; the staff was helpful and the location was central for the business I was conducting.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel I knew we picked the right one. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were always nice and clean when we came in for the day. The view from the room was amazing. To the left was the UN alongside the East River. To our right was a beautiful view of the Chrysler Building, as well as the Empire State Building. A short distance away is Grand Central Terminal where you can get on a subway to almost any area in NYC. All in all, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel room I was given was fair to poor in appearance, clearly in need of remodeling and renovations. There was a hole in the ceiling and in the wall.

I took my 12 year old daughter for her birthday and this was her first trip to NYC. The hotel staff was fabulous and made her feel like a queen. They gave us a beautiful room with a panoramic view/ corner unit on the 38th floor. The Crysler Builiding and the Empire State Building were right in front of our window with a river view from the other window. The room was very quiet. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. The level of customer service was amazing. I have stayed in many NY hotels for a lot more money and was never treated this well. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Air conditioner was noisey and bathroom a bit small but fine overall. Pool was heated but very cold so not a great expereince. No jacuzzi but there is a sauna. Good location if you like a good walk every day to get to Times Sq and uptown but taxis were always available. Perfect location if you like a neighborhood feel and want less energy then Times Sq. I would stay here again.

This hotel is stunning. The view is fabulous and the room was very large in comparison to other NYC hotel rooms. I'd love to stay their again.

Staff was friendly, quiet and good size room and nice views. It was confusing to find (entrance on 44th street, not 42nd). Lobby has cheesy decor.

The hotel was easy to find. The staff was friendly on the phone and the minute we got there. They made sure we were all set to go to Yankee stadium. I can't say enough about everyone. Even late at night after we got back from the game they were still nice and willing to help. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you staff of the millennium!

It is a little far to the east side of Midtown, so it is not very convenient for walking or taking the subway/trains, but the staff is excellent.

We were very pleased with the hotel. A very nice lobby and excellent views from our room on the 37th floor of the UN, Empire State & Chrystler bldg. Friendly staff and a large room with a king bed and a couch made the stay very comfortable. A little far from the subway, but walk able in 10 min to Grand Central.

The hotel is located in a residential area with several restaurants and delicatessens nearby. Unfortunately, if you go by car you need to pay a considerable amount per night. The rooms are comfortable and provide the visitors with a great view of the city. I would seriously recommend it to a friend.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, the view exquisite, and the staff polite and responsive. The hotel features a great concierge service that is quite helpful when planning a day's trip in the city.
