Great. Great room. Internet access. Courtesy van with a 5 mile radius & no time restrictions. Friendly staff. I was very happy.

The lobby was beautiful, the staff was great and they had free shuttles to downtown. Our room was next to a conference room, and we could hear this company's conference going on through the wall. Beautiful hotel, great service and the free shuttles to downtown make it a great place to stay.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and it keeps getting worse. This was the last time i will stay there. I have stayed there mainly for the amenities; pool, tennis, jacuzzi, sauna, and the location is easy to get to. They took out the tennis court a year or so ago, and on this trip i found out they took out the jacuzzi and sauna - which on a cold weekend i really wanted! The room had peeling wallpaper and water stains on the ceiling; and i woke up in the morning to find the bathtub filling up with water coming from the drain. I skipped a shower and went to breakfast as the online company included free breakfast, the buffet is very mediocre and the menu items didn't look much better. The whole hotel had a very sad, decaying feel about it. The staff were friendly, but not exactly professional in demeanor. The hotel has very cheap rates and now i know why.

Bed not as cushy as I expected. Room was clean, though, and attractive. Nice view.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and took care of all of our needs. The rooms were roomy and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The location is a couple of miles from downtown, but it makes the spot a little more quiet and cozy and the free shuttle to/from downtown and to/from the airport is a nice bonus. I highly recommend staying here.

Internet very slow and no wireless.

I stayed here because I got a great deal online, but the taxes added $20 more to cost. I did not like having to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke when entering hotel. Room nice, clean, bed comfortable and nice flat screen tv. The resturant is pricey and few selections. Staff nice and helpful. There is also a bar and gift shop.

I travel 3 days per week and normally stay at Hamptons. This hotel had a very nice & friendly vibe. Rooms were clean and updated.

The folks at the Maxwell House were wonderful. The front desk was very helpful in getting me directions to my meeting, I had choosen to walk. The drivers were informative and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nashville.

The staff was so helpful with all of our requests from extra towels to directions to advice on dinner to calling a cab. We had a great stay. The shuttle was also very convenient.

Location was in a very safe area (lots of parking for those whose travel by car). Very pleased w/room: very clean, good size, very comfortable bed. Hotel is NOT walking distance to downtown Nville but the complimenary shuttle service was great - it ran till 10 or 11 pm & had very minimal wait time for departure from hotel or pickup from downtown (cab ride back from dwntown for 2 around 10 excluding tip). The hotel bar was good to great depending when you went. One evening bartender, XXX, was outstanding both bartender-wise & knowledge of the area. The bar itself offers live entertainment, Nemix, which is a local band that plays a variety of music & are really good/entertaining. Defintely would stay again

My husband and I traveled to Nashville with his company. This was an excellent hotel for the money. The breakfast buffet was good but the service wasn't great. The room looked newly remodeled but the bathroom needed some work. I'm not sure if it was the shower curtain or the shower itself but the floor was soaked after my shower. Overall we had a really good time and the hotel was very nice. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed the pleasant staff and easy they were to work with. I thought that the hotel was perfect for our weekend visit. The staff was easy to work with and made the request happen. The two rooms were very spacious for the group I was in and we had no problems moving around. The hotel is not far from Broadway and the driver was very nice to drop us off at a restaurant rather than the designated drop off site. Our group was very pleased with the hotel and we had a wonderful weekend!

Staffwasfast and friendly, nice theme to public spaces in hotel. Room floor and furniture stained, could be cleaner. Overall, pleasant stay with easy access to downtown.

A lot of money for a less than moderate hotel. No fridge, no newspaper, no free internet anywhere in the hotel, and bad cleaning. Old furniture, the pool wasn't open in May, no spa.

"I highly recommend the Millenium Maxwell. The location is good if you have a car--no problem getting to downtown etc, plus they have a good shuttle system. Its just a nice place to be--good lobby, good restaurant, nice pool (could use some more plants around), good workout room and indoor hot tub. My favorite feature is the big rooms and nice view of downtown Nashville. Service was good. I would definitely stay here again."
