Great value for the money. Sink was clogged, musky smell in room, loud AC unit and thin walls.

The hotel had a beautiful front lobby. It was very warm and welcoming. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back made the trip to buffalo convenient. The room was cleaned everyday and had fresh towels.

Very nice. It made us fell safe with our child.

Ease of check out. Would not allow early arrival or offer area. Upon arrival a bit early we were told we could not check in. At no time did the Desk Clerk tell us there was a room to rest in and enjoy TV snacks and comfortable seating. So we drove around for 2 1/2 hours. After a long vacation and this being our night of rest before our journey home, it would have been wonderful to just relax at the property and wait for our room to become available.

The first time I stayed at Millennium I was satisfied with the overall accomodations, not really equal to the price in my opinion, but the bed was comfortable and the room decent. However when I went to take a shower in the morning there was hair in the drain - not a big deal at home but pretty revolting in a hotel (even at half the price). At 6:45 in the morning there were two housekeepers talking very loudly outside my room. This went on for 5-10 minutes. I was already up and packing to go but I would have been upset had I been sleeping in. It was pretty rude and thoughtless to be making so much noise so early. Last night I found 4 other hotels booked solid so I gave Millennium a second chance. The reservation process was quick and easy. They found my record in their system from the previous stay and offered to use the card on file to secure the room. That was very convenient as I was driving as I made the reservation. Check in was fast and in no time I was in my non-smoking room. Well, it used to be a smoking room but they recently attached a no smoking sign to the door. It didn't make it smell any better. In the bathroom my amenities awaited. A tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner (a 2-for-one!) a wrapped bar of soap and an UNWRAPPED BAR OF USED SOAP. My neighbor's wake up call sounded at 5:30 AM and rang every 4 seconds for more than 30 minutes despite 2 calls to the front desk. In summary, the housekeeping staff was subpar. The "manager" and his front desk staff did nothing to demonstrate even the SLIGHTEST concern at my displeasure. Not ever going back.

The hotel was exactly what my wife and I were looking for: clean, good service, good value, great location and good shopping nearby.

It was dirty. I would not recommend staying here, and I will not stay there ever. This hotel had poor service, but the worst part was the room how dirty it was with the blood in the bathroom, we complaint to the manager and he brought the cleaning person to clean it and she kept saying it was hard to miss, she probably thought she was going to be fired because it was so obvious of how nasty and dirty it was.

We stayed at the Millennium after a full day of shopping. The front desk clerk was really professional and checked us in quickly. We ate at the restaurant and the waitress had great ideas for dinner. We had a nice room and comfy beds. We definitely will return to the Millennium!

This is a great place to stay BUT beware of the fact that they charge you for Local Phone Calls and for using the computers in the Lobby where at many other higher end Hotels these services are all free. We were there for a family death and our phone bill (a real necessity) was outrageous! After some discussion we did get it reduced to an extent.

It was right next door to the mall. The rooms looked really cheap. We had a outside room. Motel style.

We stayed at the hotel on their Shopping package. The mall is right next to the hotel. We walked. The pool was great and so was the staff. Overall it was very good and we will go back.

The Millennium Hotel is in a convenient location, however the very old and unkept maintenance of this property made my stay very unsatisfying and over priced. Basically I just needed a bed to sleep in on a holiday weekend, but the uncleanliness of the room made my stay uncomfortable. Dust, wall paper peeling, stains on the bedspread, and dirty windows left me very cautious of what I touched. The easy drive to downtown Buffalo was a plus, and if you are looking for a very nice mall, it's just steps away.

Rooms are dirty and smelly. Beds werevery uncomfortable. This hotel needs to be updated.

The room was OK. Exposed brick wall and pipes across the ceilings made it feel a bit 'cold'. Our room faced the pool. When checking in, we were not advised that there had been a private function booked for the pool/outdoor bar area directly outside our window. Loud, thumping reggae music and partygoers carried on most of the evening. We were unable to go use the pool. We tried to find some peace in the lobby-bar. There, we sat unacknowledged for 45 min until finally we gave up and left. I would have understood had they been busy, but there was only 2 other people in the bar (who were both being served). We then proceed to the hotel restaurant where they advised us that they would seat us but usually they don't let you sit unless you are ordering a full meal (we were looking for a few drinks and a snack). The next morning we went downstairs to use the pool, only to find that a child had thrown up in/around the water. After an hour or so, the staff came to 'hose off' the mess and that was it. GROSS!!! I wouldn't stay here again.

The Millennium Airport Hotel in Buffalo is very expensive for the small, dark, dirty and dated rooms offered. It is close to the Walden Galleria Mall and the Buffalo Airport. The small and less than luxurious bathrooms were very disappointing. We will not stay here in the future.

Location. Noisy kids at the pool. Good value, close to shopping and easy access to thruway.

Spur of the moment trip to Niagara Falls. Naturally no rooms at the Falls. Expected that! After 6th try located a room at the Millennium. Were charged $219 per night. These were rooms that would have stayed empty. Much more than should have been. Rooms were very dirty. Poor ventilation. Learned our lesson! Not even offered a breakfast for our two room ($500) 1 night stay.

hotel within walking distance to galleria mall and restaurants. Minutes from airport.

Easy access to the room from car. Rooms were not that clean, cigarettes under the beds Smokey smell. I was really disappointed as we requested the non-smoking room and the room was full of smoking smell, there were even some of the cigarettes leftovers under the bed that never got cleaned.
