Great position close to tube and west end. We had a major problem with noise do to a large wedding below but after three complaints and one final treat to leave we were moved and upgraded. Putting that down to experience I would stay here again.

Hotel is ideally located just off Gloucester Road (1 min from tube station). Plenty of amenities close by and the Piccadily Line is very close. 10 out of 10 for location. The rooms were adequate and very clean. Didn't spend that much time in it so space was not an issue! Only problem I found was that the bar did not serve draught beer !! Casino attached if you want to continue your night beyond the regular hours !! ! ! Overall I was very satisfied with the Hotel and next time I'm in London i will book this property.

Good hotel but nights sleep ruined by lousy pillows for both of us

A perfectly adequate hotel. By London standards the price/quality ratio is good and one has to pay significantly more to get any material difference in quality. The room service from the Bugis Street menu is excellent, and the Bombat Brasserie is one of the best and also most spacious Indian restaurants in London.

Concierge was fantastic. Next door to Tube, night life and shops. Felt first class as staff was kind. The air conditioning was out in the room and not needed due to London cool weather but needed fan. Overall I would go back to this hotel and do recomend it highly. Thanks travel website for a good job on this trip.

Check in was a little slow. Room was fairly small but comfortable. Most importantly it was quiet and we had a good nights sleep. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced. Great locations. Would definitely stay here again.

First time at Millennium Gloucester Hotel. Was fabulous. Rooms very spacious and all ammenities provided. Breakfast was rather expensive on Australian standards but very nice all the same. Close to everything.

The hotel was about a block and a half from the tube station, which made it very easy to get around the city. Dining outside the hotel was convenient with fast food restaurants, pubs, and fine dining options within a couple blocks. While we paid more for this hotel than I would normally pay in the U.S., it was a nice room; and less than some hotels in the heart of the city.

Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. TV wouldn't work (problem as it was Wimbledon!!) but they got it fixed promptly. Bed and pillows too hard. Other than those 2 litle comments everything was great, very prompt at checking in which is unusual in London. Internet access for £6.50 for 60 mins in the room which was good. There is a fantastic little place to eat round the corner, exit hotel fron door, turn left then left at the corner, go past the Steak place on the corner (with that on your left) and it's a couple of doors away....Mexican people, had breakfast there......superb!!

Room not ready at 2 pm on day of arrival as offered, at 3 pm still not ready, but staff "found" one on my request. One window in our room not fitting frame, i.e., not possible to close =cold/noisy. Minibar not filled up during stay. Not 4star delux to me.

Whilst it is quite prestigious on arrival the bedrooms are in need of upgrading, as they are quite tired and old fashioned. The club loung is in great need of a "makeover" as well.Overall it is an OK hotel in a very good position in London.

Pleasant check in, given a room upgrade which was unexpected. The room was average size for London, clean and comfortable, the bathroom needed some attention, but overall acceptable for our short stay.

The hotel was well located and easy to find, the service was very good and the room large and well furnished, the only problem with the room was the air conditioning - it was too warm and we couldn't turn it down, apparently this is a problem they are trying to sort out, other than that a great hotel which we will definately use again.

Bedroom/bathroom in need of decoration. Room was far too hot even when maintenance adjusted hotel cooling system. Served a purpose for a sleep over after New Year Celebrations at the Millenium eye!
