A very convenient hotel close to Time Square. We have stayed here on previous occasions and always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the hotel very clean.

My wife and I were very please with our stay at the Millennium Hotel. We were greeted warmly when we checked-in and felt very comfortable in the surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised with our large hotel room (relative to other midtown hotels). We needed non-down filled pillows and ours were replaced promptly. A light was burned out in the bathroom. We reported this and it was replaced immediately. The hotel's central location cannot be beat. We were only steps away from Broadway and shopping. At the same time, we felt totally removed from the noise and action when we entered the hotel. We were only bothered by a couple of things. One late evening we decided to relax in the bar, since the adjoining restaurant had already closed. After waiting about ten minutes for someone in the nearly empty bar to take our order, we left. It really seems that there should have been much better service in a place that was charging 10 - 15 per drink! Also, I think that it is hard to explain why many 3 and 4 star hotels still do not offer free Wi-Fi. It is even more difficult to understand why a first class hotel like this one does not provide a computer/printer that guests could use to print airline boarding passes. Instead, we had to pay for access in their computer center just to print our pass. Tacky. Overall, we were very please with out stay at this hotel and would return.

Is not a 3 1/2 star property. Carpets and furniture were worn and dirty. Front desk and concierge were helpful. Housekeeping was horrible. Must pay for internet in room.

Under the bed there were some old starbuck coffee cups, and some other left over from previous quests. And not to forget the beer price in the hotel lounge was more expensive then at hotels that are way classier. But all in all, good hotel but would take some other hotels because of the price.

This was a wonderful hotel. I will definitely stay here again. The location and my room were perfect. It was my mother and I first trip to New York. My mother was pleased with the hotel. Everything went off without a hitch. We were able to check in before 4 PM. That was GREAT since we had an early fight. The pictures did not lie. The concieger gave excellent information and clear exact directions. Pleasant attitudes and very helpful. One thing to mention...do not try to use the refridgetor, it has sensors. Any items moved will be charged to your room. Called the front desk when I noticed the charge, they removed it. Other than that, my trip was PERFECT. Did a lot of shopping and sightseeing. This hotel is perfect for Broadway shows. Next time that will be my plan.

Lovely hotel and centrally located in the Theater District. I loved the fact that you could leave the hotel, either through the 44th or 45th street exits. Nothing came complimentary - no wireless, not a cup of coffee in the morning, not even a box of tissues.

I've stayed in four hotels on 44th Street in the Theatre District -- The Iroquois, The Algonquin, The City Hotel, and now the Broadway Millennium. The Millennium was the most comfortable -- with the largest rooms and bathrooms. This is unusual for Manhattan hotels in this price range -- most have tiny rooms and even smaller bathrooms. The location is top notch - half a block from Times Square -- close but not too close. The only negative about the Millennium was some of the staff. The housekeepers are annoying -- knocking on your door every 20 minutes when they know darn well you're still in there. We go to NYC for the Broadway shows, so we're not out of the rooms by 9:30 every morning. One knock is fine but when they keep at it, it gets annoying. Worse was the arrogant guy at the desk when I told him the internet wasn't working. He treated me like a hick. No -- I didn't need to call the 1-800 number of the "separate company" that provides internet service. I know how to work it. And this wasn't working. I finally gave up and had no internet service in mid-town Manhattan for a whole week in this hotel. No big deal -- there are about 4300 Starbucks within walking distance -- but the attitude of this guy was problematic. He was also kind of a jack*** about the computerized snack system, noting again that it too was handled by "a different company." I do recommend the Millennium, though: Very good rooms, comfort & location. Ranking of theatre district hotels I've stayed in: (1) Millennium; (2) Algonquin (fabulous history & atmosphere); (3) City Hotel; (chic, cool but tiny); (4) Iroquois (small rooms, great staff). All good places.

Great location; perfect for theater goers. Old fashioned hotelt luxury. Lobby and front desk management was torture. Staff seemed frazzled and annoyed. Wait for checkin was awful. Baggage handling was disorganized.I'll stay somewhere else on next trip, even though price was reasonable and the room was luxorious for the price. If you don't mind standing around in the lobby, this is a great spot. A-plus in every other way.

When I arrived at the Millennium Broadway after 10 hours of travelling, my stay began with being informed that my reservation (made through online travel website and paid in full in advance) had been cancelled. It took almost an hour before that was sorted out. Then I was given a room in a lower category than the one for which I had paid. That took another half hour to resolve. Despite the Manager personally receivng a confirmation from online travel website that I had a 3-night reservation, two days later I was informed that my reservation was over and that I had to check out a day early. The front desk person who "assisted" me assumed that I was wrong and had a bad attitude. Another manager had to go through the entire confirmation process again before I could have my room for the third night (for which I had paid in full in advance of arrival). That took another hour. On another note, room service was like the Keystone Cops--one cocktail took three return visits and the order still wasn't right.

We loved staying at the Millennium Broadway and would definitely stay there again. The room and bathroom were modern and clean and we had a great view of Times Square. The concierge was beyond helpful- great restaurant and shopping recommendations. I even called with questions prior to our stay and they were happy to help - they even helped me purchase theatre tickets in advance.

Staff was pleasant, the bed was comfortable and the room a good size by NYC standards. Location was great if you are there for the theater. I was there for business and it was a quick walk to the subway for any train I needed.

Hotel was o.k. not what I expected for an upscale hotel in Time Sqaure. Staff was friendly and very accomodating! Would never stay there again because when I got home we all needed a chiropracter due to the fact they claim they have pillow top mattresses which is an out and out lie! The mattress was sleeping on concrete!
