Nothing. Staff apparently did not have 1 extra towel to provide us. We had to move to 3 different rooms. The first one had only one double bed for 4 people. The second was not clean and the sheets, pillows were on the floor, and cleaning supplies were still in the room. The third room was fine. The next day we need one additional towel, as only 3 were provided. I asked for one towel and was told that there were no clean towels. If the staff was truly accommodating, they would have gone to one of the empty rooms to get a towels. The person at the desk was not all helpful and somewhat rude. Additionally, when I called the hotel a few days prior to arrival to request a late check-in the staff person again was rude.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel if it is a short stay. The room is very small but we enjoyed the staying there.
