Microtel Inn & Suites Ciudad Juarez is within the premises of the US Consulate and is next Consulate Hospital. For its guests' safety, it is located within a shopping plaza in the best area of town. It is the only hotel that offers free immigration advice service within the hotel. It has transportation to DHL offices, the bus station, and the airport.

It has a business center with four computers with free internet, a self-service laundry, and complimentary hot breakfast from Monday to Friday and on Saturday and Sunday a continental breakfast. Room service from Chili's, Barrigas, and Denny's restaurants is available. The hotel has a free happy hour from Monday to Thursday.

The 113 rooms are equipped with wireless internet, one or two queen-size beds with a new concept??Dream Well Bedding.
