They had trouble finding our reservation and verifying if we had already paid (which we did) but they were persistant and found it and they were very nice. Nice rooms, very clean. I would stay again.

Very clean, well maintained. Good continental breakfast. Got a bit of a run around, had to pay additional dollars for a room with 2 queens. Convenient to highways, clean rooms. Good value for the dollars.

On our way to Niagra Falls, my girlfriend and I stopped in Baldwinsville for a night's rest. The room was clean, staff were very nice and the continental breakfast was convenient. Our only issue was with the bed because it was very uncomfortable. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, tnen try a different hotel or perhaps stay here for one night only.

I stayed at the Microtel for 2 nights and it was a very clean room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location was a nice it had a small mall nearby and a rite aid pharmacy right across the parking lot which was very convenient. I would definatley stay again.

More than I expected. Free WI-FI! Hotel exceeded my expectations. I got a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, free WI-FI and continenetal Breakfast. Friendly staff. When just passing through and looking for a reliable place to crash I highly recommend Microbe's!

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to do a late checkout for a minimal charge. The rooms were extremley clean and comfortable. I would stay again anytime.

You get what you pay for and then some, at this Microtel. Clean and adequate space for spouse and me.

The facility was very clean and inviting. Large room and large bathroom. It was very difficult regulating the heater and it was very noisy. The overall experience was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms are large and the bathroom big. The cleanliness was very impressive and appreciated.

Breakfast selection and quality of food was good. Room was very small. We stayed two nights. A night light we left plugged in the bathroom outlet was not there for our 2nd night. I brought it from home as we usually get up in the night. Having a night light means we don't have to turn the large very bright bathroom lights on in the middle of the night. As we were staying two nights, we turned it off, but left it in the outlet. We were disappointed to find it taken when we returned to our room later that day. When we raised the issue with housekeeping, no one seemed to know what happened to it. All in all, not a bad place to spend the night.

The room was really nice. The bed was really comfortable. The mirrors in the room were kind of disturbing. The room overall was really nice. The bed was really comfortable and the amenities were really nice when we got back to the hotel after a long day. Our experience with the hotel was very nice and the people were helpful.

Overall hotel was nice. Staff needs to be more accommodating. Could not sleep. Kid's party going on next door until about 0400 including yelling and screaming in the hallways. Called desk twice to complain. While they took action, it was not effective the first time and I had lost the night by the second call. While apologetic, the staff did nothing to ameliorate the situation when we left (in disgust).

Hotel was clean and accommodating. We were charged the walk-in price. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Daytime staff at checkout was not friendly.

Convenient to stores and family in area. No hot water for shower! Some of the staff at the front desk appeared bored and just to be taking up space. They were not overly friendly and did not greet me or my children unless we spoke to them first. The fact that we had barely Luke warm water for showers was very bothersome, especially in the winter.

Teenagers congregated in the parking lot. Only one person on desk who probably did not have control of parking lot. Clean and good value.
