Great value, and good location. We assumed that there would be a microwave and fridge yet there was not. The (one queen bed) room was very small, but roomy enough for two people for a couple of nights. The staff was very responsive, both at the front desk and the maid service. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. Our non-smoking room really even smelled smoke free! I would definitely stay there again, especially given the low price.

FreeWiFi and didnt require credit card for incidentals. Tiny rooms,TV near the ceiling. I needed a place while myapartment was being painted. Priceline found the Microtel. It was clean but the rooms were very tiny. No kitchenette like I was used to in Microtels. The Internet kept resetting.

Very helpful manager, was able to give directions to a specific establishment we needed to go to. No exercise room. We were looking for a place to sleep since this trip was to attend a wedding. The room we were given was shaded by a tree and was very good.

Eveyrthing with the hotel was fine for an overnight trip. Mall is really close and alot of resturants were very close and it is right off 40 HWY.

Great price for just needing a place to sleep while in town. Rough towels, musky feel to the room upon entry.

Microtel in Winston-Salem is conveniently located just off of I-40, nearby several restaurants & malls. I stayed one night for business and was pleasantly surprised with the value for money. The room was clean, the bed unexpectedly comfortable with a new pillowtop mattress. The wireless internet worked without problems and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The only minor issue was that the AC unit was a little bit loud. Overall a good stay and great for the small price I paid for the room.

Location. No shampoo or coffee maker in the room. Small hard bed. This is not one of the best places I've stayed in.

The Microtel in Winston-Salem was a wonderful value for the money. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and both the pool and the hotel room that we stayed in were clean, well furnished, linens and pillows were clean, new and the bed was quite comfortable. It was very close to 'old Salem', malls, and had good restaurants in walking distance. Other hotels in the area were a good bit more for the same amenities. Great stay for a Great value!

Closeness to restaurants and shopping. The room was too small for 2 people. The staff acted as though they were new to the job and did not have enough training for problems that arose. Also there was a mouse in the heating/cooling unit, that kept us up all through the night.

Very nice motel for the money. They provide a free breakfast (cereal, juice, coffee, muffins and/or bagels). Plan ahead to stay here because they are very popular in the area of many schools, colleges, etc.

The location and the staff was the only positive. The cleanliness and it was in need of being remodeled.

Location was good. Filthy room , no bedspread , burn holes on drapes.

Convenient to where we wanted to visit. King bed rooms are tiny - better to get a 2 double bed room. Ok - you get what you expect - nothing more - nothing less. However, the rate quoted by you and printed out was not what the hotel charged. Will question your reservation in the future as to accuracy!

Location. Room was tiny, thin towels and wash cloths. Pretty cold feeling all around.
