Good central location. Easy access to major freeways. Smoking in non smoking designations. Poor front desk customer service. Positives: Cost effective (cheap), clean bathroom, close to major freeways, easy access to local stores and restaurants. Negatives: Moderately clean, smoking in non-smoking designated areas, poor customer service at the front desk. No internet connectivity despite advertising its availability, smaller than average room.

We stayed here when we went to visit our Son at Ft. Drum. The front desk were very nice and new alot about the area. Very polite, clean linens, good view. The phone calls were free and long distance was free. This was our first time staying at a Microtel, and we loved it! Its very close to a Walmart, and other places to eat. We will stay here again.

this was my first time staying at a microtel. its close to ft drum for military. close to watertown shopping and has a walmart supercenter almost next door. and has plenty of food places nearby.quiet place, nice breakfast, what was most surprising was the local and long distance calls were free,saved on my cell.didn't bring my laptop but definately will on my next stay.the staff was very attentive and friendly. all around very nice stay and affordable .will stay again when in the area.

The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable and they had WiFi in the room. The weather was rainy but the hotel stay was pleasant. Most of the local food offerings were fast food.

Good location, price and features, good value for the money. More pressure for the water in the shower would be better. Good place to stay, economical, staff was nice, and staff was helpful. Clean, quite, and efficient room with fridge, phone, TV, WiFi (internet). Only suggestion would be to have better water pressure or look at different shower heads to give more pressure but still quite usable in current state.

Was the only hotel available that was close to our intended route Carpets were filthy. Towels were not soft. Entire place showed signs of age. Being close to a military base likely influenced the poor quality.

It was located about one minute from ft drum where my son was being deployed from. The housekeeping staff did not fully empty the wastebaskets even though asked to. This hotel meant our needs perfectly. It was clean and had breakfast available each morning. We were in the area to see my son off for his deployment to Iraq and it was only a short drive to ft drum, making it easy for us to spend as much time as we could with him before he left. We had wi-fi which allowed him to use his space to communicate with his friend before he left.
