We got kind of upset b/c we were not allowed to upgrade to a bigger room. We were willing to pay the difference but, they would not allow us to do so.

Brand new motel. It still smells the new smell everywhere. The room was quite small compared to most motel rooms. Motel was newly built and has the new building smell everywhere. It had a reasonable free breakfast (4" sq waffles to heat in toaster, cold serials, orange and apple juice, bagels, etc.).

Hotel is very nice, less than a year old. Modern bright decor in rooms. The rooms are small but very efficient with everything needed including internet connection. I do prefer to have a refrig in a room , but that is getting harder to find in most hotels. Sufficient basic breakfast, muffins and cereal. We were just passing through on a college shopping trip, there is a big Casino next door across a field, but we were not interested and it didn't create any extra noise or congestion. Hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and greeted us with each passing. No complaints about anything.

Booked for 5 nights and checked out after one night. Expected a 5 star resort and ended up in a 2 star resort. Web-site does an excellent job of misleading you. The whole place is "dry", no alcohol. Most slots are and . Some table games advertised on web site were not open. Food court was a joke. No outside pool and indoor pool was only large enough for a couple families.

Enjoyed the casino 2 minutes away and Sylvan Beach 10 minutes away.

This was our first stay at a Micotel, and we definitely enjoyed it. It had everything we needed, it was clean, and the staff was great. If you are basically looking for a place to spend the night, with the basic amenities, for a good value, this place is perfect. The casino resorts probably are probably a little fancier, with a few more frills, but easily over a $* more per night. We weren't expecting 5 star, and don't want to pay 5 star rates either, so this place is perfect.

It was a beautiful brand new hotel, thus the rooms were very clean and nice. The pillows were waaaay too soft for me to sleep on, thus I spent a restless night tossing and turning. If you like firmer pillows you may want to bring your own. Also, although our room was very conveniently located near the main door/desk, it was also joining the LOUD fitness room. We suggested they make the room off limits during the night. Also, why are hotel doors so darned noisy when they close??? Because of the nearness to the Casino, people were coming and going all night, which was annoying. We may or may not stay there again...and we actually preferred the Super 8 in Oneida to this stay.

Went on a golf trip to Turning Stone and stayed in this hotel. Was a great value and was very clean. Hotel is just around the corner (<1 mile) from the Shenendoah and Kaluhyat courses. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was available in a nice sit-down room.

I booked a night at this hotel because it was close to the casino, and I couldn't get a room at the casino hotel for this particular night. The next night, I stayed at the casino hotel. This hotel beat the casino hotel in just about everyway! I have never stayed at a place so comfortable and hospitable! And I have traveled a lot!

As this was a quick overnight business trip this establishment fit my needs; it was clean and the room was comfortable. The price was right for the area.
