I enjoyed my trip very much. I visited my sister whom I haven' seen for 35 years. She lives in Crowley and it was easy to get to her residence.

Good location. Poor cleanliness, small rooms, few amenities. I would not recommend this hotel.A very disappointing experience.
Date of Stay:
June, 2008
We had problems with our reservation. The fire alarm went off two nights in a row; one for a fire contained to one room and one for an employee making toast in the middle of the night. The towels and cups were not replenished for the last night's stay.
Date of Stay:
November, 2007
The rooms were very affordable based on others in the area of similar condition. You could hear people in the next room and the water in the shower was not very warm. The room was very affordable and it was clean for the most part. The only two complaints that i had was that the was that the walls were not well enough insulated. You could hear the people in the next room. The water in the shower first thing in the morning was also not very warm. Other than that, I would stay there again for sure if I visit the Fort Worth area again.

I wouldn't recommend this facility on cleanliness alone, however, the rating is for the absolute disrespect and disregard for customer service or satisfaction. Two of our employees were arriving late and guaranteed their rooms by credit card. The staff was notified. Upon arrival, they discovered that the manger instructed the rooms to be sold out from under them. They were offered an unclean room to keep them from sleeping in their cars. They were charged and when disputed, we were told ""someone has to pay for the electricity they used"". We ended up canceling 12 rooms.

The staff was friendly. I expected 2 double beds. I expected the room to be larger. It is clean, but does not need to be ranked with Holiday Inn and other hotels in that category.
Date of Stay:
November, 2006
This is by far the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. The Hotel description says that ALL ROOMS have microwaves, refrigerators, and coffeemakers in them, there were non of these items in the room. The room key had to be reprogrammed each day to allow access to the room. The rooms television remote had to be programmed at the front desk before we could use it. The front desk personel were not friendly at all.

Convenient to our destination. Maid service was poor. The maids would take the dirty towels out everyday, but never replaced them with clean ones. We had to go to the desk everyday to get towels.

The renderings looked ok. Filthy, rude staff, noisy.

The location. There were bugs in the shower. They charged $15/night extra for kids. We weren't very impressed. If you have children, they will charge an extra $15 each night for the extra bed. There were bugs and spiders in our bathroom.

Nice rooms, nice staff. Very far south. If you don't mind driving a couple extra miles, it's a great place to stay.
Date of Stay:
September, 2005
Room was big, lack of comfort items. Directions, need exit numbers. The motel was good in that it was close to the highway. The room was big, the staff was good. On your end it would help if we could choose handicapped accessible rooms up front.
Date of Stay:
August, 2005
good location right off of I-35 the room smelled like pee and was too small. A/C didnt' work well We were sorely disappointed with this hotel. It is not a fair representation to say we'll get something like a Courtyard or Residence INN and then give us this Microtel. There was a bad smell in both rooms we tried and the A/C units didn't work well. The room was much too small and had no minifridge which we had expected. Residence always has these. Anyway...we weren't pleased at all.

The best I have ever stayed in for the rating. 10 miles from downtown Excellent, I will stay there again.

Location Smelled like animals were staying there, institutional, musty mold smell. The rooms were very institutional. The air conditioner emitted a very musty moldy smell. we would not stay there again. In fact this is the second hotel in a row I have stayed in that was pretty much the same caibre of place I would not stay in.

Location near the Freeway and easy reach my destination They did not have non smoking rooms I had to pay additional $20.00 for a non-smoking room.
Date of Stay:

Clean--nice employees and lobby No shampoo in the room--and very small room--old matty blanket--cigarette burn in bed spread
Date of Stay:

location We were told the room would be for 2 adults - it never occurred to me that there would be only one bed. Very tiny, not very clean room.
Date of Stay:

The employees were friendly The rooms were musty smelling, small, and didn't like paying for upgrade I wouldn't stay there again, just because of the size of the room and the location. The breakfast also was not good.
Date of Stay:

Clean, nice TV. No noise. Ample space. No treadmill. Pretty good interstate location. Staff waspretty friendly, room was clean, and I would stay there again!
