Welcome to the Microtel Inn & Suites, a Saraland hotel near the University of Mobile
The beautiful Microtel Inn & Suites hotel is ideally located, just minutes from the heart of Mobile and three miles from the University of Mobile. This Saraland, AL hotel is close to the Mobile Convention Center and the Alabama Motorsports Park. We are also minutes from the Port of Mobile, which is located along the Mobile River and empties into Mobile Bay.
The city of Saraland is home to several parks and recreational facilities, offering baseball fields, walking paths, picnic tables, pools and basketball courts. Golfers will enjoy being near several golf courses. Our hotel is only a 15-minute drive to the Mobile Alabama Cruise Terminal.
Several events and festivals are hosted in the area throughout the year, including Mobile Mardi Gras and BayFest, Mobile's annual music festival. A wide variety of restaurants and large shopping areas are also close by.

What are your breakfast options?: We offer free continental breakfast. We also have 24 hour coffee/tea.
What transport is available to get around?: We offer shuttle to and from the Mobile cruise terminal only as part of our park and cruise package.
What can I do nearby?: We are located at exit 13 on I-65 just 10 minute from downtown mobile & the carnival cruise terminal. Also there is the mobile battle ship park. We have three restaurants with walking distance - waffle house, wintzells oyster house and ruby Tuesdays.
Do you have internet?: We have free high speed internet.
