The room was very, very small, but we had a Tempurpedic mattress which was very comfortable.

We were called at 0200 am on the second night of our stay asking us to move our vehicle because the parking lot was flooding. An hour later we had firefighters carrying my granddaughter out of the room because it was flooding. The water was knee deep on an adult. All of our belongings were soaked. I had to change with a firefighter watching and the hotel were trying to save their Tempurpedic matresses by carrying them to the second floor. I called the next day for a refund and they said an insurance agent would call me. I later found out that this hotel has flooded before. Why are they still in business? My shoes are ruined along with having to leave anything behind we couldn't carry. Horrible!

Good location. Clean. Clean and good. Would use again for business.

This was a very friendly and clean motel; quite new. The only disadvantage is that the standard rooms are very small. If you're claustrophobic, probably not the place for you. So small that the TV is on top of the wardrobe and a little difficult to view unless you're lying on the bed. I guess the name Microtel might be a tip-off, but I was surprised, nevertheless, that they were so tiny. That said, we probably would stay in one again since the price is so reasonable, and it's a good, clean room with internet access, etc.

Clean and quiet. No waffles. The breakfast was ok, but for the price, I think they could have had the popular item. Belgian Waffles. No juice, the machine only gave water from 8:30 on, breakfast was until 10.
