The staff was very friendly.Several restaurants within walking distance, near local mall,20 minutes from Woodbury.Lots of sightseeing can be had.Beautiful mountains, trees. Not too far from the CIA and Wespoint.Great home base to do all of those things.

Easy to get to from the interstate and lots of hot water. The morning desk person was rude and short with us about checking out. Unfortunately we checked in late and left early but had nice clean rooms with plenty of hot water and queen beds. Short distance to several restaurants both for dinner and early breakfast.

I recently spent 2 days here because my stepfather was deployed and I wanted to help out my mom and not cramp her space and this hotel was wonderful. The concierge was very friendly, the rooms are nice ( had 2 queen beds) and well kept. They also offer high-speed internet for people like me who carries her laptop everywhere, and also a business off where you can use their desktops as well as other printing services. The price was also VERY affordable. I will DEFINATELY be comming back here.

Good budget hotel. Brand new, only 1 month opened so everything was new. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were nice . Bathrooms were bareboned with small soaps and 2 packs of shampoo. Water pressure from shower was very low and plumbing very loud. Continental breakfasts were nice feature. Good overall budget hotel.

Stayed in the Crystal Run Crossing area before at the Hampton. This one had better rooms and much quiter. My stay was half price of the previous stay at the Hampton, booking through Orbitz.

I never sleep through the night when in hotels. I did at this hotel. The bed was so comfortable.

Front desk staff was great and full of energy for a late night arrival. We felt that our room needed a vacuuming. Overhead bed light didn't allow for reading in bed with sleeping partner! Friendly and energetic staff. Comfy and comfortable room. I loved the window seat where I could lounge and read. I appreciated the business room and used the computer to access information. Perfect balance of comfort and economy for someone not planning on spending all day in the room.

This is a brand new hotel. Good environment and nice service. highly recommend for shopping stay.

Extremely friendly staff, all wished me a safe trip. Meeting room close to guest rooms. A birthday party was noisy. When in the Middletown NY area, you can not do better than to stay at the Microtel on Exit 122 of Route 17. Close to downtown Middletown (2 exits, less than 5 minutes by car) and all the shopping you could ever want; a clean quiet room with a very friendly staff awaits you. They put out a continental breakfast every morning that is quite astounding. For other meals, right next door is your choice of Outback, TGI Fridays, and Chili's. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Microtel Inn was very comfortable.Hotel rooms were nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.Check-in was fast and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is in a great area with fabulous dinning within walking distance. Also it is close to a nice mall for shopping.I would likely stay there again .

It was clean and located in a safe area. The sound proof is really bad. We can hear the neighbor's TV and noise. Good hotel for the price. Need more soundproofing. Hope that they maintain the cleanliness of the room and be able to improve their quality of service.

My top criteria in choosing a hotel are cleanliness and safety. The Microtel in Middletown, NY, offered both. The establishment is new and surrounded by restaurants. The staff is customer service oriented. The overall review is as follows: great spacious room, very clean, friendly atmosphere, somewhat touristic location (near Woodbury Common), limited amenities, worth the asking price.

This was our first time staying in a microtel, and I would definitely consider it in the future. It was clean, comfortable, and all we needed for this business trip.

The hotel is brand new and still had the smell of new carpeting. The room, a queen bed single, was small, but still very comfortable and just enough. The bed was very, very comfortable, I slept very well there and heard no noise from the highway nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but they did fail to give me a wake up call when requested and I nearly missed a very important meeting. I would recommend this hotel to someone who needs a place to stay in a pinch, a business traveler. The hotel also has free long distance and wireless internet no charge (at least that's what the signs in the hall and room said.)
