We attended a wedding. I was surprised that they didn't have a blow dryer in the room. Also no shampoo or conditioner. We could have used a couple of extra bath towels as they only put two in the room and they were small and thin. For the price it was OK. I would have been upset had we paid the hotel price for the room. We got a much cheaper price thru Orbitz.

We had to stay there for a sad occasion.(death) But staying close to the family and having a very clean room,freindly community,and very nice staff made the trip alot more bearable. We recommended MicroTel to everyone.And the next time we travel we hope there will be one near.

Very clean, very efficient on every thing offered and friendly. Defiantly not for smokers. Didn't even have a place outdoors for smoking. Some people do still get the urge to smoke sometimes. Excellent hotel for non-smoking business man that will not have a need for a meeting room or even a one on one conference room because the motel rooms themselves are to small and there didn't appear to be any other area of privacy.

The Microtell was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and close to the Casino. The rooms are in excellent condition and I will stay here again

The rooms were very comfortable. We showed up early and they let us check in without question. When we had problems with one of door passes working one of the housekeepers went and had it taken care of for us and brought back the new one to our room. The hotel itself was only three miles from the casino and maybe two miles from the city.

Clean, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast. Can't think of anything - grand daughter would have liked pool. Clean, comfortable, good continental breakfast, midway between casino and business district and restaurants. This is 2nd time staying at a Microtel and good value for the dollar.

Very small room, no hair dryer or shampoo. Very clean bathroom and the room was kept up. Continental breakfast was just that. Free coupon for Little River Casino. So, so staff. Not the friendliest but not rude either.

Convenient location and near casino. Would have been nice to have shampoo in the room. This hotel is located in a good spot. Its right off 55 on the main road and about 3 miles from the casino. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good, but the room they have it in was so crowded we waited and waited and couldn't get to everything we wanted. Maybe we just went at a bad time.

We were just here for a quick 1-night stay. The facility was clean, well-maintained, quiet. Only real complaint was the quality of the lighting at the head of the beds.

Clean, efficient. No emergency lighting, power was out for 12 hours. This hotel is completely unprepared for a power outage. Through no fault of its own, electric power was lost. There is no emergency lighting anywhere, not in the staircase, lobby, rooms, or hallway. Extremely dangerous!

It was very clean, helpful, and friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. I used to be a housekeeper at a hotel for 6 years, so I am very picky when I stay at one. My overall experience was wonderful.

Price. Room was tiny. If you are looking for a hotel to just sleep at with other places to go for entertainment, then this is perfect.

Hotel was easy to find, cheapest priced hotel in Manistee. The room was very small, it felt rather cramped. The Continental breakfast included a small selection of cereal, of which I had the applejacks. Choice between apple and orange juice. Simple muffins, plain bagels, that you could toast if you wanted too. The only real complaint was that they only had low fat cream cheese for them, which doesn't taste as good as the normal stuff. The Room was very cramped, but they had HBO on TV. We only stayed at this hotel because it was cheap and it was close to the casino.

I like that is close to PCA, Filer City. This is very convenient for mill visit purposes. The breakfast area / offering is lacking. Nice little hotel in an area with otherwise poor selection of hotels. Wireless internet for free.
