Free coffee. Security doors do not lock. Anybody can roam the halls. Security doors do not lock. Anybody can roam the halls at night. I told the clerk on my first morning about a security door and he said he would take care of this. I later looked and realized all the security doors did not lock and were never fixed. I liked the room and the free coffee, but if anybody can just walk in during the night and roam the halls it's not a secure motel. I will not be staying there again.

After having been turned away from the hotel where we had a confirmed reservation, we ventured to the Microtel, one of the few hotels with a vacant room that night. The staff was excellent; they accomodated us without question and did not charge a premium rate for the room even though they knew we had no alternatives and did not have an advance reservation. We can't say enough about how helpful the hotel was. The room was clean and fresh (a little small - i.e. "Micro" Tel) however it was no problem for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the cleanliness of this motel. Of course, it is small, but for two, it was fine. Please stay here!

Good location. Breakfast area and selection was lousy. Cleanliness could have been better. Lobby area had bad smoke smell. No in room iron and ironing table. Front desk gave me iron and small ironing table. It took to figure out how iron works. Ironing table was too small!

the microtel inn syracuse (east), east syracuse, ny. was very comfortable. i did not spend alot of time in my room. so that was fine. there is a television, wall desk, night stand, a coulple of drawers for clothing, closet. the room was clean (though not very large), but adaquate. bathroom was nice size, also clean. had all amenities needed for simple lodging. i was very well satisified and will definitely stay there again.

It was convenient to get to & was good for an overnight stay. No pool. Basic amenities, no fluff, just great for a one or two night stay for business or dropping off your child at school which is what I did.

The first room that I was given had not been cleaned and therefore was dirty and not in very good shape. The second room had been cleaned but still could have used some upkeep. The hotel was fine enough for one night, but I would not recommend to anyone that they should stay for any extended period of time. The staff were friendly but didn't go out of their way to please customers. I suppose that for the money spent, I should have expected this kind of service.

I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good -- it was really only one long block to Downtown Disney and there were restaurants very close.

the microtel insyracuse on carrier circle was dirty, spiderwebs, and the staff was very rude to me, they would do nothing about the people above me pounding on the floor to the point my daughter was up all night and i had to leave the hotel @ 5 am and trying to find another one. we tried to talk to staff and they call me and my young daughter a lier so we left
