I reserved a non smoking room. On arrival, I had to sign that I will pay a $150 fine if I was to smoke in a non smoking room. Then I was given a room for disabled with strong smoke smell in it. I complained as soon as I entered the room however I was told that this was the only room available. Later I noticed that the hotel had very few cars in its parking lot.I complained again and was moved to a clean non smoking room.

everything was fine, except the media computer was not working when we arrived. in the morning someone helped and my husband was able to get online.

The beds were comfortable. The willingness to help of the staff. This is for family that are enroute somewhere. This hotel does not meet my recommendations for the star level assigned.

Decorations were modern and all rooms included refrigerator and microwave. Room was not cleaned properly. There were fingerprints on hard surfaces and I found hairs on the linens. The carpet looked un-vacuumed. I would not stay here again because of the unclean rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady that cleaned our room was one of the Nice's people I have seen in a long time.

The beds were so comfortable! It didn't have a pool. All in all, the Microtel Inn and Suites is a very nice place to stay. They had vending on every floor, and anything we needed we were able to get from the staff.

Very nice, very clean, great decor, lots of storage, comfortable bed. There wasn't really anything we didn't like about this hotel. Very nice, would recommend it to others, very comfortable.

Clean, new, and friendly staff. Location. It's back behind other businesses and very difficult to even figure out an entrance. We expected it to be small because of the word micro, but it was very small. There was a gas leak with a strong smell outside the hotel, and the drive into the entrance was surrealistic.

Great TV, microwave and fridge in great shape. Elevator was being worked on day we left. Nearly new, good amenities, help was friendly and helpful. Would stay again in future.

Very clean and comfortable. Hotel is brand new. Wonderful staff! Breakfast selection was only so-so, but coffee was good. Wonderful hotel. Staff was very friendly and willing to assist. Rooms/bathrooms were extremely clean. Bed was comfortable with large screenTV I will definitely stay here again!
