Handy to where we were going. Ants in the room. It was clean and friendly staff. I wasn't expecting a fancy place and it wasn't!

This was a wonderful hotel. In triple digit temps the room was extremely cool and comfortable. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The manager on duty during the day (the only one we had any contact with) went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very helpful and friendly. She is an asset to this facility! The free continental breakfast was excellent also with many food choices.

I was hoping to have the amenities like an in-room coffee maker and a refrigerator (we had neither). The room was really small and cramped. The location leaves a lot to be desired. You can't get to it if you are going south on Hwy 66, only if you are going north. In addition the one entrance they have is not well marked - it is just a little narrow road next to the Microtel sign and way down on the bottom is a small arrow pointing toward the hotel. The breakfast was nice and the beds were great -got a lot of good sleep, although our room was downstairs and I would awaken when someone came in the back door as it would slam and make a loud noise. The staff was friendly. No restaurants real close by tho.

The location of the motel, could not be better. My sister inlaw, lives two blocks away. We visit offften. And we plan to stay again. The room was clean, but very small. Check in, was fast, and pleasent.

i was a little leary at first...l was surprisingly pleased. the staff was very accomadating with my late check in. they didnt even seem annoyed when i called 5 times trying to get directions... they even helped me get to area atractions. the room was very clean, and quiet. i was also very surprised to find more than a continental breakfast provided the next mornng, to include fresh belgian waffles bagels, yogurts, muffins, cereals, donuts, etc,... and a wide variety of coffees. the dining area was clean and well kept. i was really pleased also that no one from housekeeping knocked on my door or better than that just opened it 2 hours before check out. i would stay there again in a minute!

They went out of their way to help solve a problem not related to the hotel. They put me on the 3rd floor. I will stay there again if I make it back to Claremore.
