Very quick and friendly check in and clean rooms. Beds were a little hard for my liking. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. They had an answer for my every question and were knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Great place to stay, I would book there for again in a heartbeat.

We had a bad experience that same night and left quickly. When we got to the Microtel Inn we asked if we could see a room before we went through the trouble of checking in. We were elated with the room looked. If was so clean and looked practically brand new. We ran back to the desk and said we would love to stay here. We spent 4 lovely nights and 3 days at this hotel and I will recommend to anyone. The staff and the owners were just wonderful to us and treated us like more than just a quest at their hotel. It's location was just perfect too. I give this hotel a 4, for cleanliness, location, hospitality and it's continental breakfast.

Close to interstate I-95, malls, restaurants. Rooms too small. Small rooms, limited lighting (no lamps, just huge overhead light), bed was okay, desk area small too. Felt similar to a Motel 6 or Super 8.

The room and grounds were clean. Desk service was outstanding. These corridor motels always have a smoke odor in the hallways. Breakfast was weak.

My room door was open twice when I showed up to the hotel and the hotel did not do anything. Front desk said pretty much that we were lying! We did not enjoy the hotel. Our room door was opened twice while we were gone. How do we know who ever opened the door they left it opened. Not good. It was not room service because our bed was not made and no fresh towels. Sorry but did not feel safe!

Clean, bed mattress was great. Small room, no lamps only a single overhead flourescent light.
