Staff was very nice. Hot tub. Nice but carpet in our room needed replacing (holes in it). Hot tub was hard to get in and when you got in it was cold.

Did not sleep, the room smelled and it was not a clean smell, the room was not lit well, bed was okay and the carpet was dirty.

Staff helpful, friendly, very nice hotel very pleased. The staff was very friendly, helpful in any requests or questionsI had. The room and hotel grounds were very satisfactory, parking lot was well lit and felt very safe staying there. The wife especially liked the window day bed and relaxed there often enjoying the view. I would stay there anytimeI am in Bristol and would recomend staying at any Microtel hotel. A very pleasurable experience.

My room was clean, the beds were so comfortable I kinda didnt want to go home.lol.I borrowed an iron and board and a hair dryer, no problem. The continal breakfast was not exceptional, but pretty good. I liked that a could go down and get fresh coffee at 3 am.The staff was polite, professional and very accomodating. The pool was not heated as advertised and laughably small but the hot tub was nice.It is not however an indoor pool. It is an outdoor pool inside a glass greenhouse that sits open . since it was cloudly and cool outside, it was too cold to swim.(disappointing) But if clean and comfortable is more important then a pool, then i highly reccomend this hotel. Its the least expensive of the national chains in area. --- a called them all, i know.

Having heard many good things about the Mircrotel chain, I was disappointed in this motel. The carpet was worn through in several places, and the chair, window seat, and bedspread were stained. The TV remote was also broken. The bathroom was clean; however, the carpet needed to be vaccumed more thoroughly.

Clean an near a lot of places to eat. Someone above us being loud. As above I called the office and they said they would check into it and it stop. It was not the motels, but the people above at 11:30.I would stay there again.
