I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room was a lot smaller than the pictures made it look. The bathtub was so small, I couldn't even sit in it (and I am not that big). There was paint chipping off the walls in the bathroom. The Bedroom was so tiny, all it had was the bed and about 3 feet around it and that was it. There was only one elevator in the hotel and it took forever to reach our floor. Their free breakfast only included waffles you had to make yourself and muffins.

The front desk staff was incredible! And in the room they have padded window seats. Room service left a lot to be desired. I had some down time and needed to take care of miscellaneous tasks. Since the hotel had no shuttle I had to take a cab and didn't want to call a bunch or spend a ton. So I asked the gal at the front desk, I needed to get my nails done, went to the laundry mat, and pick up some things from the store. Where could I went to do all that in one location? She gave a location that indeed had all that and then some! In one location and it was close only cost me 10.00 for the cab.

We checked in our room and we found that the bed was not made and there was even hair in the bed. We asked to have this taking care of and the housekeeping ladies got rude with us. They stood in the halls talking about us were we could hear every word they was saying. We left to go do some shopping and eat because the room was not ready due to the fact they went to work on other rooms. Later last night we had some clothes that got damaged because the floor leaks in room 131. The best part of the stay was the desk cleck I think her name was X. She was very friendly and tryed to help meet all our needs with the problems. We stay at this same motel every year to do our Christmas shopping, but after this years trip I would have to say that it was our last stay there. If you ever stay in room 131 don't plan on getting any sleep.

I came to Bossier City for a wedding and had to make last minute reservations. This hotel was the only one available for the date I needed. I never stayed at a Microtel. This place was excellent. The front desk was very helpful - the lobby - rooms and continental breakfast was very clean. They even have a shuttle if you want to go to the casinos or basicly just see Shreveport/Bossier City. That was the best of everything. I didn't have to drive when I got to town. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

This seems to happen way to often when I travel. I was charged twice on my card for my stay. Now, I have to spend my time to get this resolved.I am not happy with Microtel. When I called the desk clerk could not even help me and I could not talk with the mgr. I had to leave a voice mail.The web page for Microtel says the locations are independly owned. So, no help there.

It was pleasantly cozy. Great for one or two people on a budget, and short stay.

Clean, easy freeway access, friendly staff. Room is very small, but has all of the basics. This is fine for one or two nights. It is too small for long term stays. I would definitely stay here again, as the price was very reasonable.

The beds were great. Shower head was broken. Over all this hotel was great.
