Comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, way better breakfast than I expected. Room is rather small. Exceeded my expectations. I'm always sheepish about budget places. No room to room noise; parking lot was relatively quiet. Room adequate and comfortable, perfect for an overnight stop. Wouldn't want to spend days there. Real bagels for breakfast. Convenient off the highway.

Think back to a frightening nightmare... peeling wallpaper, smelly corridor, creeking floors, stained sheets... and you get an idea of what the Microtel in Bethel is like. Add a little "Psycho" to the mix to get a sense of what the management is like, especially the morning manager. Bipolar might be a more appropriate term than Psycho... It required three days of begging to get them to look at a continuously flushing toilet, and then in the room they moved me to thereafter the toilet wouldn't flush at all. All of this is important, considering their "free" breakfast is sickening, with stale or over-thawed and smelly bagels and muffins, etc. Do yourself a favor, if you can't find any place else to stay in the area, sleep in the car or the woods; both are nicer and friendlier than the Microtel in Bethel.

It's a comfortable, clean Hotel in a handy location for a business or personal stay in the Danbury area. I liked the large room, which had a desk to work at, plus free wireless internet access, a large TV with about 85 cable channels inc. HBO, coffee maker and a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and bright, with a powerful shower and tons of big soft towels. Breakfast is included, and is served in the lobby buffet style, it has a good selection inc. breakfast burritos and REAL bagels. In all a good value, and I'll certainly stay there again next time I'm in Danbury, CT.

Very clean! The fire alarm at 4:00am. This hotel is very clean. The rooms were small, but we did not spend much time in the room. I would stay here again.

The hotel describes itself as a suite and there is no dinnerware or flatware to be had. Also the hotel was much further away from my destination than I wanted to be. Needless to say I will not be staying there again.

Good access. Indifferent maid service. Noise at night from parking lot. Convenient, pleasant, accommodating. They try hard to please.

Had many great amenities for the price and great handicapped accessible features. We had no problems with the room. We had never stayed in a Microtel and were very impressed with the room amenities. Some motels do not offer as many and cost a lot more. The handicapped room was great and appreciate the non-smoking option. We were stranded in another city (Hagerstown, MD) because of bad weather, so we found a Microtel right off the interstate that had an available room. It was a god-send to be able to get a nice clean room during the storm with out worrying if it would be a nice place.
