Fnding this hotel on the internet and prebooking was the way to go, as it was full the night we stayed. Arriving on a late flight, leaving early the next day we didn't get a chance to experience all the hotel had to offer, but perfect for overnighting between flights.

Convenient to interstate, quiet, low rates from Priceline. No hot breakfast or close restaurants. Overall, We would stay there again for the same price.

Hotel is close to the airport and easy to find just off the freeway. We stayed one night before our flight and one night after we returned to Salt Lake. We left our car there and took their shuttle to the airport. I felt perfectly comfortable leaving our car in the well-lit parking lot in one of the spaces by the front door. My husband was concerned about the full-tank of gas we inadvertantly left thinking that it would surely be siphoned in the ten days we were gone - but it was fine. Sink is inside the bathroom with the toilet and shower which can be problematic when all of us try to get ready at once but one wall of the room is mirrored so this helped with that problem. I was concerned about the noise from the trucks on the freeway and from the nearby airport, but I didn't hear anything. Both nights were were in the middle of the hotel - once on the 1st floor and then on the 2nd floor. I have stayed here previously and have heard the noise when our room was at the end of the hotel nearest the freeway. The waffles for breakfast were great for the kids. This is a clean, comfortable hotel, I will continue to stay here when our flights leave from Salt Lake.

I stayed overnight and took a earily flight out the next day. It was dirty,noisy. The power went out during the night. Alarms went off until the power went back on, for at least a hour. The staff was friendly. They shuttled me to the airport and kept my car there. That part worked out good. It was crazy.

Beds were like plywood. Would not recommend to anyone and will never stay there again. Beds hard as rock, lobby a mess, breakfast less than desirable.

Good place for saving money for other activities when you skiing. Only 40 min from slopes, Park City and all other places. The only thing I didn't like was a lack of a suitcase stand.

Convenient to SLC airport. No nearby dining. Hotel room was fairly Spartan. There seemed to be no nearby dining, and the hotel clerk gave inaccurate directions to what she thought was a nearby restaurant. If there were any nearby restaurants, they did not have any signs visible from nearby roads. There is also construction occurring in the downtown SLC area, causing several freeway on and off ramps to be closed.

Hotel was close enough to downtown SLC and convenient to all the ski areas. We had a car which facilitated our travels. The hotel is basic but clean and a good value for sleeping.

Out of the way, not much around but very close to the airport and we actually didn't mind it being out of the way. Very Close to downtown. Very nice and clean, friendly service, seemed new. We were very greatful for the low cost and availability of short notice for one night.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel personnel were very friendly. The location was near to the airport; and shuttle service to and from the airport was quick. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was better than most hotels offer. In short, I was extremely surprised at the good value I received for the price I paid. I plan on staying there again as well as recommending this hotel to my friends.

Nothing. The location and amenities don't even deserve a single star rating. This place is a complete dump and not even worthy of an "economy" star rating. I've been at campgrounds with better accommodations.

My other friends stayed at a much more expensive hotel, almost double what I paid for each night. Regardless where you stay, the bottom line is it's temporary, and just needs to be cozy and clean, and furthermore.. economical. The funny thing, they had to pay for high speed WIRED internet, At the Salt Lake City Utah Microtel, it was wireless, & FREE!!! Also, the drive was nice to the convention center in Utah, only a 15 minute drive to the site. I was able to get a car, ticket, and room for less than what my partners had to pay!

Nothing. Extremely noisy room. Right on the interstate. Rude Manager. My room was feet from I-80. As soon as I saw where it was I requested another room. The manager told me I would have to pay another $15.00. The motel had very few guests and could have easily accommodated by request; they had about a dozen guests from the look of the parking lot. In addition, the manager told me I'd have to come and get an iron and ironing board if I wanted it as she couldn't bring it up. I called the front desk again after midnight and another manager who had come on duty agreed to move me to another room which was not adjacent to the interstate. I had to dress, pack up and move in the middle of the night. I got less than four hours of sleep and had an early morning flight to catch.

The Microtel Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport was just what I was looking for with this trip. It was convenient to the airport and Salt Lake City. The price was very affordable with keeping me in a safe location and close to where I wanted to be. The staff was helpful and efficient with any requests I had (hairdryer, dining options, etc.). I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in Salt Lake City.
