Nothing. Rooms were so small you could not turn around. If you arrive late and need only a bed to sleep on look for a motel 6 it will be cheaper and just as comfortable.

I stayed here last October and the experience was fine. So I did not hesitate to return. This time, my wife and I stayed and we had a small room with one bed. It was adequate and my wife remarked that the bed was very comfortable although it didn't seem to have a full fledge comforter or spread. It was more like a half comforter. The problem was resolved by turning the heat up to keep warm. Breakfast was as expected: continental with beverages, toast, bagel, danish, fruit and cereal. Somebody left a large note in the food pantry area pleading for a real breakfast. If you expected eggs, bacon, french toast, etc., they don't have it. It was as advertised. We spent maybe 13 hours total at the hotel and it was fine for our needs. I took advantage of the wi-fi internet access. One downside was that the noise from the Thruway seemed louder this time. I was on the backside where the noise level should have been lower, but there was a steady humm as vehicles went over a nearby overpass. Overall, can't beat the AARP special price $*including tax. A great value if you do not require AAA status.

Morning staff was helful in getting breakfast on a little earlier. We had early ski slope times and were on an early rise. Rooms are small but for as little time as we spend there who cares! Good value.

Free internet and coffee. Nothing. It was adequate for what I needed. Just a place to stay while taking a class for 4 days. There was no restaurant but the continental breakfast had a good assortment if you get there fairly early. Good coffee I will say that.

We stayed here four nights. The hotel was fairly new and clean. The location was great with lots of retail nearby and access to the throughway and highways. The only downside, was the maid service was poor. When we checked in, the room we were given had not been cleaned. We got another room which was suitable, but the maid service while we were staying was intermittent. One day the room would be cleaned, another day we would have to take the trash out and clean our room ourselves. This hotel is great value, and we'd probably stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights at Microtel, and they were the best accommodations of our 8 day trip. Conveniently located just off I-90. Plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and secure. Continental breakfast included. FREE Guest internet terminal in lobby. Wireless internet in room. Only about 20 minutes from Palmyra, which was our destination.

Quiet, convenient, close to major shopping mall. Started to show it's age. Exit doors falling apart. Friendly staff. Conveniently located near major shopping mall, easy access yet quiet location.

My son and I were in town to look at several colleges. We arrived about 9:30 PM and left the next morning about 8:30 AM. Our stay was brief, but the room was clean, the TV work, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was fine (Bagels, muffins, fruit, creal and beverages). Only complaint was that we were facing the Thruway and were less than 150 feet from the constant humming noise of traffic. After 5 minutes, you became use to it and it didn't disturb us. The shower/tub was OK, but it will need upgrading soon as there was some flex in the bottom of it. I had once stayed at another Microtel and the room was very small. I understand that has been true with older Microtels in the past, but this room seemed closer to a standard size. With two people, that was not a problem. I had looked for other hotels in the area and everthing else was $1*+. I paid $*+ tax. This place is relatively new, clean, right off the Thruway for convenience and there were several restaurants within walking distance (5 minutes or less) although we did not go to any of them. Front desk was helpful, especially when there was a minor problem with verifying the pre-payment via a credit card. One interesting feature was the built in drawes to the wall. This saved space. There was also a cushion in the window so that you could sit on it or a small child could use it as a bed for a 5th person in the room.

Close proximity to my obligations. I was only there two nights. It was fine.

Quite affordable and centrally located. All we needed was a safe place to sleep and this hotel suited us just fine. Room was small. Doors to parking lot were not numbered on the inside (very confusing). This hotel suited our needs, as we were only looking for a place to sleep and shower. The location worked perfect for us. Not my favorite hotel stay, however, I would stay here again.

Clean room. No comforter for bed. Nice for a single bed room, but made me feel more like I was in downtown Manhattan than suburban Rochester.

Price was very affordable and convenient for the occasion. Keys did not work for exits closest to our rooms. Had to walk around to gain access to lobby in relations to where we parked. Very cozy, if you just need a bed and a nice little getaway from home.

The television was higher than the bed, that way I was not looking at my feet and it as well. There was a safe in the closet. It was difficult to find off of the NY State throughway's. I am not much familiar with through way exits with only 1 ramp instead of 4. I arrived at the change of shift at midnight. The guy in the parking lot who was arriving greeted me and held the door, The clerk going off shift had saved a room near the desk and breakfast nook.

Nice, fairly new and with very clean rooms. This motel is very easy to get to and has many restaurants close to the facility. Staff is very courteous and friendly and responsive to questions and/or needs.

Nice continental breakfast. At 7 am was woken by many doors slamming until 8:30 am. This was a very clean, friendly hotel which we would stay at again. There was a continental breakfast starting at 7 am and it seems that the room doors all slammed shut if you weren't careful and we heard all these doors slamming from 7 am until 9 am so figured that was the cause of that. Otherwise had no problems and would stay again.

Convenient, easy access to parking and rooms, clean, efficient. Card keys for our room did not operate properly. Staff responded immediately to remedy the problem. This is a basic, clean, easily accessible, no frills hotel. Staff was efficient and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was a computer with free internet access in a lounge next to the lobby. Continental breakfast was offered. 24 hour Denny's across the street and major mall less than 2 miles away. Easy highway access.

Clean, convenient. No complaints. Just the type of hotel that I have been looking for. Clean room and premises, friendly service, excellent breakfast buffet. All we desire is a clean room, bed and bath. Do not have time for pools and other features that cause prices to increase beyond reason.

PM clerks was very helpful/female and black male. At check out, the clerk tried to collect cash from me. Put me through a ordeal, as I didn't pay. Would not stay at the hotel again. I checked out and went to another hotel, for the rest of my stay in Victor.
