Nice and quiet. Housekeeping did not follow its own rules re towels. Housekeeping did not follow its own rules re towels: they replaced them even when they were hung neatly on the racks.

It was a nice place to visit, but would never want to sleep there again. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I could not sleep and would have left at 2 am but I was too exhausted to drive and it was too cold to sleep in my car. The staff was nice and friendly and the bedding was very nice, but... I checked in to get decent sleep. :(

We were planning on staying here for two weeks. After spending just a few hours we decided to find aother hotel with a little more room. The rooms are very small. Only a couple of feet between the wall and bed. A small tv was on top of the tiny closet. The desk was barely big enough for my husbands laptop computer. If you only need a room for the night this is fine for the price. We were able to find a nicer room at another hotel for the same price.

I was looking for a clean, no frills place to just sleep. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Room was small but it was exactly what I needed. I would stay there again. Good value for the money.

Customer service was great! The room heater/ac had a foul smell coming out of it! The front desk clerk was very nice at check in. I was very satisfied with the way the room was set up. The only thing that went wrong was when I switched the heat over to the air it smelled bad. But that’s okay turned it off and opened the window!

Microtel East is a great place to stay for low budget, easy access travel in the East Louisville area. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I liked being walking distance from several nearby restaurants.

I was travelling on business and stayed a total of 8 nights in this hotel. It was clean and comfortable, a great value. The only thing I would change is the a/c in the room seemed to make it feel damp most of the time.

Free wireless. The room was small. Our room was teeny-tiny, but very clean and well-maintained. No stains in the shower or anything; very good condition. It was way too small for my husband and me to stay in for very long, though. The window seat with built-in drawers was nice, great flat-screen TV and we really appreciated the free wireless access and free breakfast.

Desk staff was excellent, very friendly. Limited TV channel selection and guide. Staff was excellent and recognized our name as having a reservation. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. TV selection was minimal and hard to find the guide for shows available. Nice selection of restaurants and shopping in vicinity.

This hotel is right off Insterstate 64 and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were attending an event at the Fairgrounds so wasn't at the hotel except to rest. Rooms were small and there wasn't a hair dryer but we knew that before we made the reservations. The price was great and we will definitely stay again next year.

The staff! Breakfast. The staff was ever so nice and I was traveling with my dog. When I checked in that was taken into account and we were in a room right next to the exit so we could go out and in without too much effort.

"We came to Louisville with friends for a weekend. We picked the Microtel because it was close to the comedy club and the Mystery Dinner Theater we attended. The rooms are smaller than regular rooms, but they were spotless clean. The Staff is very friendly and helpful"
