This was certainly adequate for my purposes (just a place to crash while spending a couple nights relaxing in Chattanooga) but not quite "luxurious" enough to justify a three star rating. It was clean, staff was friendly during brief interactions but I honestly didn't have any needs that revealed too much one way or the other.

The beds. Complimentary breakfast.

Awful place. Stinks (even out in the hallway). Room looked super cheap and drab. Bed looked unkempt. Pillowcases were all wrinkled. Carpets were dirty. Staff at front desk was unfriendly. Forget the low price. Spend another 10 - 20 bucks and go somewhere else.

THis hotel is a REAL GEM...it was clean, the customer service was magnificient, easy to locate, allowed pets, had a free computer and access in the lobby, free limited breakfast....what else could a traveller ask for...oh and did I mention EXTREMELY REASONABLE prices and that you could actually UNDERSTAND the employees...they actually spoke ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!!

A hotel for us is a place to crash after running around all day sightseeing. Our priorities are: comfortable bed, bathtub, shower with good water pressure, price and proximity to attractions. Microtel was a huge hit in all of these. The staff was also very friendly and the free continental breakfast was a nice plus. We had a great time and a great place to rest up for the next day !!

It had a computer with the internet in the lobby for guests to use. Room a little bit small but wasextremely clean. I had a short one night stay. I was pleased with the hotel overall. I would recommend it especially for business travelers with a tight budget. Very clean rooms and helpful staff as well.

Hotel was gross. Bathroom was run down, as was the main bedroom. Tiny bed, poorly furnished. I felt like i was in a cheap, bad hotel in a run down area of some european city. Uncomfortable bed, one small blanket - not enough to to cover two people. No spare blankets or pillows available. Poorly maintained hallways, lots of water damage. Housekeeping screamed through the hallways starting at 7am. Others that i met in the hotel seemed dissatisfied with their rooms as well.

We were booked at another hotel near by but it was horrible. We found this one and it was clean which is what we wanted. It was smaller and not as fancy as I'm used to but the bed slept so well. It was perfect for an overnight stay.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and was located near many sites.

Very, very clean. Needed a little updating. This hotel was extra clean and as I was leaving you could even smell the bleach that housekeeping was using to clean, very impressive! It didn't have a lot of fluff, but I have spent more money for fluff and ended up in fluffy filthy!

It was a pretty good stay there. I felt safe. One person in our room had a cold shower. They need to add a hair dryer and a coffee maker in there. Also there wasn't a table. The window seat was different. They need to update on the comforters. One of the comforters had a big hole in it. I would stay here again.

We like it and would tell others.

It was good for an overnight stay comfortable bed, place to put luggage, enough room in the bathroom. Small chunk of fabric taken out of bench cushion under window. Looked like it could have been repaired easily, but wasn't. Attention to detail. We came in late and were checked in quickly with our reservation. The room was small, but plenty big for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. My husband and I slept well. Breakfast was fine bagels and cereal. It was nothing special, but it suited our needs for an overnight stay on our way somewhere else.

Hotel is clean, except for the carpets could stand a good shampooing. We arrived to find only one towel for 3 of us, and the next day housekeeping didn't show at all. Both times I had to go to the front desk to recieve any needed towels, nothing was brought up to the room as most hotels do. They also add in an extra charge on your bill at check out for the safe in your room, at no choice to you.

The worst experience of my life.....the air conditioning was not working in the room so we had to move in the middle of our stay to another room.

My favorite CHA hotel go 1-3 times a month.. Cheap, clean, and the best staff. Free Bagels, Muffins, Coffee in the AM. BEST air conditioners in the world! Could use updates but clean, safe and 4 the can't beat it! JOIN Micropass program! Note Safe Fee upon check-in and have taken off and remind clerk at check out .Lots of resturants near-by. Easy access to I-75

The Microtel Inn in Chattanooga, TN was very nice for the price. It is located on a street with many other hotels. The room was small, but we only wanted a queen bed. The showerhead was very powerful and you got out feeling clean and refreshed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again with my family (in a larger room).

Convenient to attractions, restaurants, andshopping. No milk with continental breakfast, very few amenities. For the money, it was convenient to attractions, restaurants, large shopping mall area. There is no swimming pool, but not one of my reasons for staying at any hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Cleaning staff was very efficient - plenty of clean towels. Changed the linen and emptied trash daily. Carpet was very clean.

Location, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Continental breakfast was really skimpy. A good place to stay for the money. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the continental breakfast, which consisted only of juice, coffee, muffins, and bagels. It was very skimpy. But the staff were all helpful and friendly, and the rooms were adequate.
