Our family goes to Gatlinburg several times per year and took a chance on a different hotel this time...We were so disappointed! The hotel that I reserved was supposed to have two queen beds and a pool. Upon check-in, we were told that only 6 rooms in the entire hotel had double queen beds and that they were all occupied. Because every other hotel was booked for the weekend, we were forced to have to sleep in one queen bed with a roll-away bed for our son. There was no pool at the hotel as advertised in the reservation. The hotel room was very tiny and you had to request access to the elevator through an intercom system every time to use it. Do not stay here, as you will certainly regret it! We checked out one night early and lost one night's charge just because the room was so uncomfortable and we were miserable!

You get exactly what you pay for with this hotel: a room in which to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the room/bathroom was clean. The rooms are smaller than they appear in photos provided by the company. However, they do have the essentials: bed, bathroom, alarm clock, closet space, tv. There is also a nice window seat. The view probably gets better the higher up you are in the hotel. We were on the second floor and there were some nearby buildings that kind of hampered our view of the mountains. We were there at a very busy time of year, and the hotel was completely booked. We were unable to get a nonsmoking room, but using some Febreeze knocked the smell right out of the fabrics in the room. There were some kids staying above us as part of a youth group, and they had a tendancy to stomp when they walked, stood, or did anything. Try to get a third floor room if possible. The water pressure was fabulous, but the water heaters quit working the second day of our three night stand. The continental breakfast, although small, offers a little more than the basics. The hotel is in a great location: just off the strip, but still within walking distance of everything. Pets are allowed, so dogs could prevent light sleepers from getting a good night's sleep. One of the access doors was taped open for the majority of our stay, causing me to feel a little less than secure. While I would not personally stay here again, it is a good location for those people that are very budget minded and don't mind close quarters.

It was o.k. However, there was nothing special . It was clean and comfortable. For the amount we paid, it was o.k. The location was good.

I can not there was nothing. The sprinkler head in the bathroom was taped over so if there was a fire it wouldn't have worked. There was paint on everything. TV was so small and dark you had to shut the blinds and turn off the lights to see it. The bed was so hard you couldn't lay on it long. Worst placedI all have ever stayed.

THis hotel needs a major upgrade. The smell was horrible. I sprayed a whole can of lysol and the smell was still there. The room are so small and yo have no room to walk around.

Great room for the price the employees were extremely courtious, the continental breakfast was lacking in space and varity but other that that it was a great value.

Convenient to Gatlinburg, walking distance. Wet towels on tub, shortage of toilet paper, TV cable not working, microwave and coffeemakerwas not available. Hair dryer did not work, had to get another one brought in, fell off wall in middle of night. We have been to this hotel two times before through priceline and had no issues. This time, however, was a series of problems.

The rooms are the size of a walk in closet. Our room could have been a lot cleaner. The hallways smelled of smoke which eventually came under our door and into our non-smoking room. This is an average to below average hotl.

Convenient. Old. Dingy. Pull out sofa was abysmal. The sofa bed was abysmal and now I'm pretty sure that I will paying chiropractic care for my eight year old as a result. The internet connection was pretty speedy compared to other places we stayed. Unfortunately, packing and unpacking the van was a little difficult. With three kids everything is difficult, but the elevator could only be activated by the desk clerk so we had to continually wait for the elevator. We stayed in a great location and that made it very easy to experience Gatlinburg with three small kids!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room reminded my wife and I of an old hospital room. We decided to extend our stay in Gatlinburg an extra night and were looking for something cheap. Lesson learned. We stayed out as late as we could just to avoid going back to the room.

booked one queen room w/pull out couch. Actually got adjoining rooms...one room with pull out couch & bath & then one room with queen bed & bath. The rooms are small, but since I got two adjoining rooms, it was great. For the price, the location is good. We weren't in the room much, so the fact that the rooms are a little old & dated was OK with me.

It was a good, compact room for the price. Walls were a bit thin, you could hear a lot outside and in other rooms. This place was really nice and a bit cleaner and such than I expected. The walls were a bit thin like previous reviews mentioned, but it didn't detract from the room much. I had a great time there. it was clean and had a great location. it was also safe, as the elevators were only accessible to guests since there is a security camera overlooking the outside elevator entrance. Overall great and secure place.

Good area with a quiet surrounding because of the hotel location not being on the strip. It was very conveinent for me to find everything. They had a quick room service and the front desk clerk was nice and caring.

This was in a great location -- just off the main street in Gatlinburg. The room was clean and adequate, if a little small. The worst thing was the breakfast, but everything else was good.

Cleanliness of room and location. Needs some minor repairs and work. It was clean and very comfortable. It was also very convenient to restaurants, shops and attractions.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. My husband and I came into town a day early on our vacation and booked this hotel because of location. We could walk to everything in Gatlinburg, which was VERY convenient. The bed was also SUPER comfy, too. The only cons about our stay was the fridge, because it was small and not very cold, and we brought a bunch of cold sandwich meats for our vacation. Other than that, I would definently go back! Also, let me add...that yes I did book the reservation on Orbitz, but I was VERY VERY surprised that when I checked in, the staff did not ask for my I.D. or any identification AT ALL...which concerned me A LOT because that means anyone could easily use my credit card in my name and get away with using such a reservation at this hotel.

I liked the staff at the desk, the location from the main strip, the price, and simpleness for a one night stay. The walls seemed thin. We were able to hear the above room stomping about, and the neighboring room's couple. The hotel was petite but pleasant for one night of stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. It was at a perfect distance from the strip. I liked the underneath parking space, great for rainy days. I would definitely use this hotel again.
