All staff members were friendly & helpful. The hotel looked and smelled clean. The continental breakfast was good. Nothing was wrong with the hotel. Again, all the staff were friendly and were willing to help answer any questions or if we needed anything. We would recommend this hotel to any of our family or friends!

Staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were very small for 2 queen beds. The lobby and hallways smelled horrible. Carpets are disgusting in the hallways. The room was a little cleaner just real small for 2 queen beds and 4 people.

Convenient, clean, quiet. Water pressure low, needs updating, minor repairs needed. This hotel is decent for the rate charged.

Nice location. Had to fix there sink in bathroom, faucet plugged up no water came out till I fixed it, cleaned screen. Ok for price, they need a maintenance man to fix little things.

Friendly & informative about the area. No indoor pool. This hotel met our expectations, was located near the places we wanted to visit and provided us with information about the area, such as restaurants, etc.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I have lived in Franklin and this was a nice experience. I didn't like that I would have to get the desk to check out an ironing board and iron. We stayed for two nights and since I have lived in Franklin we had friends and family to see. It is conveniently located to highland's road and the waterfalls. We honestly did not do much more than sleep and shower in the hotel but I discovered coffee in the lobby and breakfast items. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. Everyone should make at least one trip to the river blaze bakery (look in the local phonebook for address white pages on line has the wrong Name). This place was something not to miss. We loved it! The price of the hotel was great as well.

Great water pressure in the shower! They had pets (dogs) staying with some of the guests. A real gem for a hotel in this category. The friendly staff was helpful and courteous. For all those former Boy Scouts, you will find they cover most of the Scout Laws trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. As a nice plus, we had a freshly remodeled room including a new mattress and linens. Please don't forget to leave a tip for the hard working housekeeping staff!

Good value, convenient location. Toilet seat broke, heat controls difficult to manage. Would stay here again for the price and convenience. Excellent value.

They were so willing to help us feel welcome. The room did not have a coffee maker in the room and when I requested one they had me one on the spot. I would have preferred it had a refrigerator in the room but understand because it was a single room there was not enough space. I was very pleased with the hotel. It was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends or family.
