Room Clean and Adequate/Great Breakfast HBO, Wireless Internet Didn't Work and supplies of shampoo were out. Basics were there but that was it.

It was very clean and the staff was great. Nothing. It was a perfect place for us. We wanted something close to the Erie attractions and this hotel fit the bill.

Room was small but clean and comfortable, Staff friendly and the breakfast was hot and great from waffles and eggs/ham to Continental Breakfast! Price was very reasonable.

Very clean with everything we needed to have. Space was tiny - television was small (due to small space). I would definitely use this hotel again. The space was small but we didn't really need more space. I think with the space being small that the price could have been a little cheaper..we would consider using it again if the price met the size of the space. The breakfast was excellent - the onlybig thing about the hotel.

The hotel was very well situated. The room was very clean, but not very modern. We tried to order a movie and it skipped. When we complained, they said it was a VHS tape they broadcast to the room. The bed had no headboard... and there was a mirror behind the bed too...

Very comfortable and clean. TV location.

The hallways magnified the sound! Ordinary tones of voice sounded like they were coming over a loudspeaker. Exercise room and breakfast area too small for the size of the hotel. Rooms are small, efficient and have a cool window seat. Clean and comfortable except for the sound.

Free wireless Internet. The large mirror above the bed. This hotel is very clean and appears to have had a partial renovation. The staff is friendly and professional.

Needed economical bed for night before attending a seminar across the street. Room was clean, staff helpful, and breakfast buffet good. Rooms are small, but efficient for one.

Everything. The hotel was extremely neat and clean. The breakfast was adequate. The TV needs to be updated. The hotel was very neat and clean both on the outside and on the inside. The room was all that we needed, although the TV was very outdated. We enjoyed the window seat in the hotel room, which made the room look bigger.

The Microtel was in a great location in Erie PA. Ther were alot of stores, malls, and restaurants very close by.The hotel was ok but the rooms were very small. The staff was very friendly and helpful with giving directions and any thing you needed. There continintal breakfast was fare eggs, link sausage and waffles were good but not filled often enough. If you don't mind a very small room it was ok.

Location. Very small rooms, no laundry facilities. I was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel for the money.

The Microtel was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, the price was reasonable, the staff very friendly, and they offered a very complete breakfast, always fresh, in addition to cookies and popcorn at night! They also offered free telephone calls to anywhere in the US and free wireless service. The room was a bit small, but very well thought out to accommodate one's clothes and other items. Overall, I was very, very impressed with Microtel and will be staying there in the future. Please note that if you are looking for a pool or fitness center, this is not the place for you, as they don't have one.

Good location and good comfortable beds. The room was very small, but was clean. The breakfast was great, the bed was fluffy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a nice hotel to stay in.

The Microtel rooms were very small, we had trouble trying to find the TV about 7 foot up on top of the clothes cabinet. Outside the room the motel was getting remodeled and looked very rundown. By morning I had a pounding headache from the smell of some kind of glue maybe from the remodeling. I dont think I seen one room that didnt have the room number plaque taped up on the door with clear tape! Carpet was peeled up in the staircase. Our view from the room was a 30 foot dumpster.

Clean. Thin walls, very noisy, bad temperature control. good if you are very intoxicated, because otherwise you will not sleep.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Room was a little small but good value. Location was great Close to the mall and many restaurants. Would certainly stay there again.

The rooms were quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The parking lot has some very large potholes.

The Microtel in Erie Pa is probably typical of the chain, but I had never stayed at one before. The room was very tiny, and I would not recommend staying there if you require room size.

Friendly staff, excellent continental breakfast, and clean rooms. Would have liked a larger bed. Microtels apparently only have one-bed rooms and all beds are queen size. My daughter and I met in Erie, PA, for a mother-daughter weekend. This hotel met our needs very well. Our nights were quiet and restful. The breakfast was very impressive. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I will certainly recommend the Microtel Inn, in Erie, PA.
